I m migrating with my family to US this sept probably. I don't know how I m going to cope up with it. I generally don't open to ppl soon. think for 1-2 months before joining this AT. I often get thoughts would I be left alone there with no friends n all?? N all this makes me worry.

OMG ! honestly you wont have problem meeting friends , this is a good news . actually since i live in mumbai i had to move to america to live with my dad for a short time and i had the same feeling but everything turned out well . dont worry aaliyah , same will happen with you .

I know, I am the same, i don't open up easily,introverted and all that, It will be bit difficult initially but you will find somebody that you will strike chord with.
I was in a similar situation recently but made a good friend , yes with some reluctance but it was worth it, and posting in this AT helps too😳.
