what if pragya has a serious illness

Guys...just a thought.what if pragya got a serious tumour or something after the accident due to which she may not live long.So before anything happens to her she will want to protect abhi and his property and save him from all evils.She might have decided to play along the rude avatar with abhi and dadi anth people whom she love so that they hate her and doesnot miss her when she dies.Now after everything is solved pragya can go away from abhi.and may be later abhi will find out but no one would find her.she will survive her illness and will be there at some place for aome time before thwy unite.Actually writers love seperating the leads always.They will want to seperate abhigya even after tanu aliya revelation..so may be its possible in the story.
What do u guys think?.Any possibilities?...

I didn't think she was really that rude to Abhi. She let him hug her, let him speak to her and even sort of indicated he should understand her. Unlikely she has an illness.

Very high possibility.. Typical Ekta track.. I have seen it in another show of hers long years back😆 But there it was the male lead and was acting like he is someone else (b'coz he thought he would die soon) and came back just to save the family.. The funny thing was he was fooled to believe that he was having illness, actually he was fine😛

I don't think she is ill n she was not really rude towards Abhi . she was doing it so that no one suspect her. She does not want Taaliyah to know about her Mission.

Actually I also thought about an illness but not after the accident.
I thought her fainting spell on hearing Tannu's truth might link up to some incurable illness being detected while she was in hospital.
Maybe it's just because I found that fainting scene so weird😕
