Yes, you're right Poiu123 as the show is showing signs but not quite there yet, lucky for us. I started off watching for the characters I intially fell in love with, now more so the actors.

Love your topic iammeethu😊. I love the lead characters and actors but I also follow the story/tracks. Ekta wants her shows to be hits and financial successes. Everything else is secondary! In defense of writers it's really hard to keep the tempo going for 5 days a weeks for over 2 years - that's a lot of pressure.

So far KKB has key events happening every 50 episodes (not necessarily tracks). Writers know we're all waiting for Abhigya Union. After that viewership may fall. So they're going to milk the plot as much as they can. So in a way I feel the more we tell them we want Abhigya the more they'll delay😡.

You're right TV serials are not about romances mainly. That's where movies come in. Family and relationships dominate here. It's too early for KKB to lose ratings or viewers. I'll be curious to see how they'll sustain my interest after 500 episodes😊. For a serial to last 2-3 years there's going to be different tracks that'll engage different audience segments. Zee tv is in 150 countries and I'm sure there's enough people for each track to keep the serial going!!

Thanks, Prani! You're right. AbhiGya is the chicken that lays the golden eggs. Once they kill it to satisfy our wants, there is no story anymore. I hope this long track is worth all the milking in the end because it seems this is probably the last track until their union (Can't say for sure, but all the signs are there. Abhi being in love, etc.). And also, that's a good way to think about it. Key events every 50 or so episodes. Hmm... Makes a longer track more bearable, in a way.

I knew at the onset that the a lead union was going to come very late in the game mostly due to all the reasons listed and for this show to run for years.

I want to understand this but yet my heart finds it so difficult to deal with the butchering of the characters and coming up with the villians always winning and death/third woman scenarios galore.

I love Abhigya/Tisha so this is slow cruel punishment and torture, they could hold off another 2 years without a union, and that's ok but the craziness is just infuriating.
