Until the PuLiyah fiasco happened Pragya might have worried Abhi harming BB/Sarla Maa. But after that, he was over with Purab thing. He was not trying to get Purab married to Aaliyah. He still helped her to get her Maa treated and consoled her etc. But he also told her to get off of his life. He had told Daadi too he doesn't want to be with Pragya anymore. Why did Pragya stay with him? To keep her Maa safe and for the tender emotions she had started to feel for him.
