I really don't feel Abhi is doubting Tanu... I have felt no indication of this... unless I am missing something.

Then clues are Abhi's attitude to Pragya and Tannu.
To Pragya, he is flirting with her, tries to consolidate their relation in his own way. Why is he doing it if he is to marry Tannu soon and everything is to fall apart? Could be just his longing heart for Pragya but to me it seems like he knows what he is doing.

For Tannu,
He should have been apologizing and caring about her Or at least the baby given his nature to guard his blood relatives. Or he should have been mad at Tannu for trapping him by taking advantage of his drunk self that MMS night. But he is not really dealing with her either ways.
Today he says Tannu matters are 'bekar' to Pragya in front of Tannu/parents. Weird na, he would say that?? Where is his guilt or anger?!
