I think at this point he knows that Pragya loves him and said she didn't because of Tanu. This is what I think of the scene: Abhi knew that she wasn't consciously putting her hand on his face. That particular scene I feel should have showed him that Pragya does love him but doesn't want to say anything because of Tanu. You could see from his subtle reaction when she put her hand on his cheek that he finally got the type of affection from her that he has wanted since he realized he fell in love with her. He was just staring at her and to me it seemed like he liked that affection. I feel he took her hand of his face to kind of show her reality. Then he went on to say "there's nothing on my face! There is something in your eyes." I don't think he meant that literally. I think that was in reference to the fact that he was always says "she hypnotizes people with her eyes" which in reality is him feeling something for her when he looks into her eyes. He made her open her eyes and as expected he did feel something looking into her eyes and then the nurse came.

I feel like Abhi always takes the lead these days. He's always trying to be near and intimate with Pragya. Has anyone else noticed he always stands way closer to her than need be? That and I think he's always willing to caress her face. That's like his go to move as well as cornering her by the closet and trying to kiss her.
