"You sleep how much ever you want after you come and lock the door. I am going to meet a family friend of mine so will be out the whole day" .
"Oh no you won't be here full day ? what will I do the whole day 😔 ? "
"I would've taken you along but it will get late by the time I succeed in waking you up and you get ready . I have told him I'll meet him in half an hour "
"Him eh ? I have a feeling it's a her . I don't want to be the kabab mein haddi. You go have fun 😃 "
Adhi doesn't deny and says"Bye Purab ..have a nice day"and walks off.
Purab smiles at his friend and goes to lock the door.
"Oh no now how will I spend the whole day ? I don't even know this place well enough "
He keeps thinking what to do when a thought occurs to him.
"Bulbul has been in London for a while na .. She is a friend also now .. I'll ask her if she is free today"
"Hey Bulbul"
"Purab ? Why are you calling so early yaar ? "
"Early ? It's eleven thirty AM madam"
"Still ! It's a Sunday na. You also go sleep, goodnight "
"Haha and I thought I was lazy"
Bulbul yawns and says "Okay bathao kya baath hai ? "
"I want to go around this city "
"Permission granted . Bye"
"Bulbulll ! Don't hang up! I want to know if you will show me around the place cos my room mate has gone to meet someone and my other friends from LSD have other plans as far as I know "
"Oh because all your friends have plans you want me to be your guide eh ? "
"Aisa nahi hai. Only when I told you about my LSD friends did I even remember that I hadn't asked them and I assumed that they have plans 😛. I wanted to spend some time with you and also go around the place cos I enjoyed the lunch the other day . So thought I'll ask you . If you have other plans today then no problem you carry on 😊 "
"No plans today . Theek hai will meet you in an hour "
"Cool Thankyou 😊 "
"Dosti mein?"
"No sorry no Thankyou okay okay I take that back "
"Good . See you"
Bulbul gets ready and goes to LSD cos it's close to her place . Purab stays close by and comes there on time.
"Hey Purab"
"Hey Bulbul . Fully awake now na 😆 ? "
"Ya thanks to your wake up call."😡
Purab grins at that and asks "Okay first where ?"
"Wait before that I got some food from home for you . Did you have your lunch ?"
"Wow that's very sweet of you Bulbul ! And no I didn't . I was lazy to go out so thought I'll skip lunch ".
"Nah now you aren't skipping lunch"she says and hands him a box of rotis and paneer butter masala.
"You ate ?"
"Ya ma asked me to eat and go as food was ready . Anyway we are going to be out the whole day so thought I'll get lunch for you and evening we can grab something on the way "
"You have brains too"
"You thought I am dumb eh ?"
"Isme sochne waali kya Baath hai ? I know that you are dumb . Sparks of brilliance come at times like now that's all 😆 "
"Purabbb! I am being so sweet getting you food cos you might be missing home food and you are making fun of me 😡 "
"Haha chill nightingale .Mein tho bas Mazak kar raha tha. This is a really nice gesture . My blessings will always be there with you for this"
Bulbul rolls her eyes at that and says"Oh ya your blessings . I can't thank you enough "
Bulbul feigns anger for sometime and after a minute both of them look at each other and burst out laughing.
"Chalo eat now . Loads of places to visit. Its already 12 30 now !"
"Okay madam"he says and tastes the amazing food that Bulbul gave him
"Wow yaar Bulbul it's yummy ! Tell aunty I loved it 😃 "
"I know right ? Sure will let her know ".
"Okay this is the plan .. First we'll go to the tower bridge .. You just HAVE to see that place Purab . It's so wow . I love it ... And then to the Tower of London .. We'll spend some time there and then go to St. Paul's cathedral. You can see the entire city from the top of that dome. That too in the evening with all the lights, it will look mind blowing 😳. After that will take you to Leadenhall market . That place has so many amazing restaurants . You just have to try them and also we will be hungry by then . Finally depending on the time we will try catching some movie in the Leicester Square . We won't have time to do anything else today cos is already afternoon . So whatever is left we'll do sometime later theek hai ?"(Guys from London.. sorry if I am wrong about any of these places.. This is from whatever I have heard about them from my friends and bit of google too 😆 )
"Sure . But you sure you know about all the Greek names you just told na ? I have no clue about most of them cos I never really had the time to explore the city from the time I came . "
"I have been to all of them and I am familiar with them so chill we are going to have a great day"
"I hope so"
So they start with the city tour and Bulbul does a good job taking him around different places and explaining the little that she knows about every place . They have a lot of fun taking 'n' number of selfies and chatting the whole time . They like each other's company and are comfortable enough to keep talking non stop . Bulbul takes him to one really good restaurant in the market place that she had mentioned earlier and Purab likes the food there .
They then go to the entertainment centre Leicester Square and it's time to decide a movie to watch.
"Purab. We are watching'The Lion king !'"
"Bulbul I am sure you would've seen it many times already . Please let's watch something else .. What about'The Phantom of the opera' ?"
"Ghost movie ? You kidding right ? I won't sleep for four days straight if I watch a ghost movie !"
"Itni darpok ho tum? Hahaha. I am not sure if its a Ghost movie."
"Oh don't act as if you never get scared "
"I don't get scared ever 😎 ".
"Ok then I dare you to watch this movie alone . I am not sure about how scary it will be .. still "
"Alone ? Woh.. Haan it's a new place na ? What if I get lost ?"
"Inside the theatre you'll get lost ? Can you tell me also , how that will happen please ?"
"Okay okay fine I agree I do get scared at times . Don't make me watch that alone . Let's go watch your lion king ".
"Ha now that's like a good boy. No one can win against my lion king 😃 "
"You say as if he is your Prince Charming . It's an animation movie for God's sake "
"Still.. I can watch it hundred times more ❤️ "
"Great . Hope you watch it alone the rest of the 99 times"
So they both go watch the film , Purab mumbling initially but then enjoying the experience of watching lion king in the theatre cos after his childhood he never really got a chance to watch it again ..and Bulbul loving every bit of the film and giving appropriate reactions for every scene.
After the movie they both go back home and Purab sends a Thankyou text to Bulbul for such an awesome day.
They decide to catchup soon for the next round of sight seeing.
The next couple of weeks go by, with Purab and Bulbul meeting every weekend cos they are held up with classes during the week. They become very close friends over time and know each other really well by now. Both of them have also developed feelings for each other but like Abhigya, even they are scared to confess for fear of losing their friendship.
Purab's course is getting done in a week after which he will go back to India. He has his final exams in dance where he will have to perform and that will be graded. If he clears that exam he will be granted the course completion certificate.
Because of his busy schedule he hardly gets time to talk to Pragya on skype. So he hasn't been able to talk to her about his confusion regarding confessing to Bulbul though he has mentioned earlier about having an Indian friend here . But Pragya isn't aware that the girl is her Bulbul as Purab somehow hasn't mentioned her name and he calls her Nightingale .
Similarly, Abhi also knows that Bulbul has a guy friend but she is really busy that he doesn't get the time to talk to her in detail about the guy. He just warns her to be careful as he trusts his sister but she is still a kid according to him and she doesn't know the world much 😆
