CHAPTER:2
As the morning rays entered the room through the gap in the curtains and kissed pragya,she lazily opened her eyes and looked at the sleeping form of her husband who was holding her tight to him by her waist and his another hand encircling around her shoulder.She never thought Abhi will be this understanding and caring remembering the last night events.For the first time after she said yes to this marriage she was glad with her decision of marrying Abhi.Pragya now promised herself to keep him happy and support him in their upcoming days as husband and wife as she can see how good hearted he is last night.Then she looked at the time on the digital clock on the wall and decided to get ready for the day as it was already 10 past 7 and as per the ritual today she has to make the breakfast and sweet for the family members.She carefully removed his hands which was holding her to his chest without disturbing him and stood up from the bed.As she was about to entered the bathroom to get ready she saw Abhi's sleep getting disturbed coz the sun rays and pragya smiled seeing the annoyed yet cute face he was making coz of the disturbance.Pragya then went towards the windows and closed the curtains properly and looked at Abhi who smiled and went back to sleep.Then she went to the bathroom taking her clothes to get ready for the day.
After 20 minutes she came out of the room drying her wet hair with a towel in a white salwar with black roses in the border only to Abhi still having his beauty sleep and started to blow dry her hair.After 5 minutes she clipped her hair and left to the kitchen wearing a set of pearl earings and a matching chain which purvi and bulbul gifted.[Link for the salwar and pearl set are at the end of the story]

As Pragya entered the kitchen she saw Ramu kaka preparing tea for everyone and smiled at him.
''Good morning kaka''said pragya with a smile.
''Good morning madam ji''said Ramu kaka returning the smile.
''Kaka please call me by name or as beti.Its feel really uncomforable to see my elders call me madam''said Pragya and kaka already started to like this girl.
''Okay beti.But what are you doing here this early.Even Abhi sir will not wake up by now''said kaka.
''Woh kaka i came to cook breakfast for everyone as its my first day here as a bahu.so aaj aap rest kijiye,i will take care of the cooking today''said pragya.
''Okay beta.You can prepare whatever you want i will go and give tea for others.But if you need any help just call me''said kaka.
''Sure kaka''said Pragya and kaka left the kitchen to give tea for other while pragya tied her duppata to her side and started to prepare breakfast.

After 45 minutes pragya let out a breath of relief as she finished the last iteam which was gheer and smiled in stastisfaction seeing the different kind of foods she made.Then she washed her hand with the handwash and turned only to see daadi standing there with a smile on her face.
''Good morning daadi''said pragya with a bright smiled and took her blessing.
''Kuch raho beta.I heard that you are preparing today's breakfast''asked daadi and pragya nodded.
''Haan daadi.Its a ritual right?''asked pragya and daadi nodded.
''Haan beta but you could have just prepared the sweet.Why are you staining yourself''asked daadi.
''Its okay daadi.who will do this if its not me afterall i am your bahu now right?''asked pragya and daadi smiled at her.
''Okay okay.You can do whatever you want.But now go and wake your husband.''said daadi and pragya nodded and prepared Abhi's favorite tea.
''I will go and wake him daadi''said Pragya and daadi nodded with a smile and Pragya left to thier room while daadi went to her room with a smile.

Pragya entered their room and saw Abhi still sleeping hugging a pillow tangled in the duvet.She kept the Tea cup on the couch and went to the bed to wake up Abhi.
''Abhi ,Abhi wake up''said pragya shaking his shoulder softly.This made Abhi turn and lay other side.Seeing this pragya just shook her head and she went towards the window and opened the curtains.
''Arrey close the curtains .Why are you disturbing me this early?''asked Abhi covering his face like a small child.
''Abhi its already 15 past 8 so wake up and get ready for the breakfast ''said pragya standing near the bed.
''No pragya just let me sleep.The breakfast can wait''said Abhi burying his face in the pillow.But the next moment pragya pulled the duvet which was covering him and Abhi looked at her with a pout.
''Pragya what is this?Let me sleep na ?''asked Abhi rubbing his eyes.
''Nope.You already slept enough.Now get ready and come down for the breakfast.If i find you sleeping again i will pour freezing water and then don't say i didn't warn you''said pragya in a stern voice keeping on of her hand on her hip.Hearing this Abhi sat on the bed and gave her a glare.
''Now i understand why my friends said not to get married.I can't even sleep as much as i want,your wives are more cruel than hitler''said Abhi and left to the bathroom and pragya just giggled seeing his antics and left the room.
Abhi came out of the bathroom after few minutes brushing his teeth and washing his face and sat on the couch with an irritated face.
''I can't believe that pragya is ordering me around.Now i understand why married men never get peace.How anyone can get peace when they have kind of wife with them 24/7''said Abhi though he liked his wife ordering him like this which he never going to admit.Then took the tea cup and started to drink it.As Abhi gulped the first sip his eyes widen in suprise as this is the best of his favorite teas he had still now.
''Wow kya baath hai.Daadi prepared the tea so well today.I must thank her once i see her''said Abhi and finshed the tea with a smile.

Everyone was waiting on the dinning table for Abhi after the table is set for the breakfast.After few minutes Abhi joined them and sat beside pragya after wishing daadi good morning with a kiss who was sitting next to daadi.
''Lets have the breakfast.Ramu serve the food''said Daadi and Ramu kaka started to serve the food for everyone.Once the food was served everyone started to eat and they loved the food.
''Daadi what is happening in our house today.Today my morning tea was super delicious and now the breakfast.Its the best i had till now.Did Ramu kaka cook this?''asked Abhi and pragya tried to control her smile.
''No beta.Ramu didn't cook today''said daadi with a smile.
''Then i am sure you cooked this.You know what granny if you were my girl friend now after tasting this delicious food i would have kissed you infront of everyone as a gift''said Abhi and the next moment pragya started to couch hearing this.
''Arrey beta aram se.I know you don't like if my grandson kiss you infront of everyone but don't worry you can receive his gift once you guys are alone''said daadi and gave pragya the water and pragya drank it.
''Daadi what are you saying?''asked Abhi getting confused by daadi's statement.
''I am saying that today your tea and this breakfast is not prepared by my but by your wife.so now give you so called gift to her when you giys are alone''said daadi and everyone laughed while Abhi smiled with a light blush.Then everyone finished the food prasing pragya as they really loved the food.

Once they finished the food everyone stood up from the chair and was about to move to thier room but daadi stopped them.
''Pragya beta ek minute''said daadi took a square box which Robin gave her.Then she opened the box and took a set of beautiful gold bangles.
''Beta this is Abhi maa's bangle and she wanted it to give to her bahu.so from now i want you to wear this from now.''said daadi.
''But daadi mein kaise...''asked pragya but daadi just smiled.
''No buts and ifs beta.As per her wish you have to wear this and this my giift for your cooking''said daadi with a smile.Then pragya looked at Abhi who was standing beside her for permission to which he nodded positively.
''Okay daadi.''said pragya with a smile which daadi return.
''Come on Abhi.Help your pragya to wear this''said daadi and gave the bangle to Abhi.Abhi then took her hand and wore the bangle carefully.
''Good now both of you get ready.Sarla ji already called me for your arrival there.''said daadi and Abhigya smiled with a nod and left to their room to pack their things.

As Abhigya entered their room pragya went and packed few dresses for her and then sat on the couch waiting for Abhi who was packing his.As Abhi sat on the bed pragya went and stood beside him.
''Abhi''called pragya and Abhi looked at her.
''Haan pragya''said Abhi and pragya tried to remove the bangle which daadi gave her.But Abhi placed his hand on his and stopped her.
''What are you doing?''asked Abhi with confusion.
''Abhi i know daadi gave this to me as a gift.But its your mother bangle and how can i wear it when we are not even friends still''asked pragya.
''Its may be true pragya.But now you are my wife and the bahu of this house.So you are only one have the rights to wear it so don't even think or removing it unless it necessary okay?''asked Abhi in a stern voice.
''Okay ''said pragya with a smile which Abhi returned.
''Good now lets go''said Abhi and both of them left the room with their bags.

Pragya and Abhi was standing near the car which the driver was loading their bags.Once the driver loaded all their bags inside and was about to entered the driving seat Abhi stopped him.
''I will drive today.You go''said Abhi and the driver left the place giving Abhi the car key.Then Abhi opened the door to get inside but he saw Aaliya coming towards them.
''Bhai can i take with you alone for few minutes?''asked Aaliya and Abhi gave a nod.
''Pragya you sit inside i will be back in few minutes''said Abhi and pragya gave a nod and sat on the passenger seat.Then Aaliya took Abhi away from the car so that pragya will not hear their conversation.
''Bhai what are doing?You were suppose to hate her.But here you are going to her house.what happened to you bhai?''asked Aaliya.
''Why should i hate her Aaliya?Yesterday purab made clear that she is not the girl he loves.so then why should i hate her?''asked Abhi .
''But bhai.Are you saying you accepted her as your wife?''asked Aaliya with irritation.
''Haan Aaliya.I already accepted her as my wife and i am going to give this marriage a chance''said Abhi and Aaliya looked him in disbelief.
''Bhai what are you talking about?If you accept her as your wife then what about you and Tanu?''asked Aaliya and hearing Tanu's name Abhi's got angry but controlled himself.
''Aaliya i already made this clear that there is no relation with me Tanu anymore after she said ''NO'' to my proposal.I can near marry a girl to whom her career and money is important than daadi.so if you think we both can get together again just forget these king of thought as it never going to happen.You can continue her friendship if you want but from now pragya is your bhabhi and always will''said Abhi.
''But bhai how can you even accept that middle class girl as your wife?''asked Aaliya arrogantly.
''Aaliya she may be a middle class girl.But don't forget once we didn't even have anything that middle class family has and we struggled to get have our daily meals.Just coz i am a rockstar now is not going to chance our past.so the soon you accept her as your bhabhi the better coz i will not tolerate if she gets hurts unnecessarily''said Abhi and left to the car leaving a fuming Aaliya behind.
''No bhai.i will never accept this girl as my bhabhi.I will make you throw her out of this house and your life soon.Its my promise''said Aaliya and left to her room to call Tanu.

Abhi who came near the car controlled his anger and sat on the driver seat and started the car.
''Abhi is everything alright with Aaliya?''asked pragya with concern.
''Haan pragya everything is fine don't worry.''said Abhi with a smile which pragya returned.
''Can we go?''asked Abhi and pragya just nodded.Then Abhi drove the car out of the gate towards Pragya's house.After 20 minutes Abhi stopped the car and saw pragya sleeping on her seat resting her head on the headrest and he just shook his head with disbelief that he planned to hurt and torture this innocent girl.But he was really glad and thankful to purab for coming yesterday and stopped him from committing the sin he was going to do.seeing her care for daadi and his family Abhi already started to like her and know daadi choose the correct girl for him and his family.He really didn't know what he is going to do about Purab and Bulbul,but he decided to think about all this later coz now he really wanted to know about his wife and spend some nice time with her.With this thought Abhi removed the hairs which was disturbing his wife's sleep and started to drive the car towards his sasural.
