Abhi doe not believe in the Living and Dying for one another kind of love the unconditional kind...he thinks that kind of love does not exist...

In his mind he equated emotions of caring, friendship, desire , mutal attration, passion...etc...with Love between Man & Woman

Thats what he shares with Tanu...Pragya is a complete suprise as she just showed him the side of Love he thinks does not exist and is thus confused as to what he feels...as Tanu is in the back of his mind...the one He thinks he Loves...

basically the problem is that abhi (MR. know-it-all who does not know anything at all) does not know what true love is

Abhi is n a similar situation here...He doesn't want to tell pragya that he loves only tanu and not her...because he is think her heart will break and 2nd reason,he'll loose the emotional friendship with her...

He proposed I gave him a piece of my mind...he apologized and said it wont happen ever breaking my trust or trying to cross the friendship boundary...thus I forgave him and we remained friends...

What I hated more was him telling his Obnoxious friend ..who really created a big scene and issue out of it...but then..No One Messes with Me...😆

And yes Abhi falling in love with Tanu his sisters BFF...a person he knew since childhood...makes him more caring towards her...makes him give her more priority...and thus his being attracted to her and her towards him...along with his already caring for her...makes him think its True Love..when its only Love for a friend maybe...
