I think the thank you is for the time she did CPR. He'll probably only get to say sorry tomorrow. But the thank you will come later with the rose. If you notice, even Purab brought that up. He said to Abhi that instead of appreciating and thanking her, he's doubting her intentions.
I honestly don't understand the rose and the 'you look pretty' stuff. He could've gotten a thank you card. But then again, how will the CVs get to pull our heart strings? So yeah, the promo could be misleading.

His love for her won't come yet.

May be we will end up worshipping Tannu, Aashu. Because she might drop pregnancy scare and Pragya might leave Abhi thinking he should be united with the mother of his child etc. And Abhi by then might be in love with Pragya and regret everything that lead to that situation.
