Oh okay. I thought I missed something important looking at Tia's post about him not touching her romantically. I was like, "Is he suppose to?". There is absolutely no progress whatsoever.

Arguably there has been a subtle deepening of their emotional bond. But I wouldn't be the one to make that argument. On the face of things, indeed no progress.
