Hi All,

I tune into KKB on and off - more so my mother will tune in and i'll watch it as a way of spending some time with her... I am feeling a mix of emotions here and felt the need to vent - I'm disgusted, amused and flabbergasted all at once.

KKB is apparently doing really well TRP wise - Im not a media person so I don't know how TRPs work but I am a viewer/audience with decent education and a brain. How a program with very little coherence in plot makes it to the top is flabbergasting to me.

This whole kidnap drama started over 3 weeks ago - a plot hatched by Tanu and Aliya to get rid of Bulbul so that Aliya and Purab can be together. Flaw in logic - Purab loves Bulbul - what makes Aliya believe that eliminating Bulbul equates to gaining Purab's love, affection and attention? Even if I over look that as creative liberty and Aliya being delusional in "love" etc the rest of the plot is ridiculous...

Neil kidnaps Pragya in place of Bulbul - how he mistakes one for the other I don't recall (didn't watch those scenes) but once he does he's trying to use this to his advantage and can't figure out if he should kill her or not... wow

Next he decides to hold Pragya for ransom - demanding Bulbul... wow again

Abhi, Purab and Bulbul and their use of brain power amazes me - Abhi was at least smart enough to figure out that someone from his family was helping Neil - how hard is it to put 2 and 2 together - Niel is being helped by someone in the family, Neil wants Bulbul - who could benefit the most with Bulbul gone... not too hard to figure out its Aliya. Same with Purab - he suspected Suresh - ok fair conclusion (i'll give them that much) but besides Suresh who else has been eyeing Bulbul?? I'm pretty sure with how close Purab and Bulbul are - she must have told him about Neil at some point...

Next Purab brings the police to the crime scene where Pragya and now Abhi are being held hostage...the entire police force - supposedly trained at handling criminals - is fearful of entering the crime scene in fear of guns and other arms - REALLY?!!! Ever heard of bullet proof vests and oh i dunno - a strategy?!

This kidnapping drama has been going on for over 3 weeks - i dunno about anyone else but im pretty tired of seeing Pragya in the same outfit - how much longer with this cat and mouse game? Abhi manages to act all smart and fierce and gets them out momentarily only to be caught and brought back to square one...

Oh and then lets not over look the "cute" nok-jhok scenes between Abhi and Pragya - i get that Cvs include that for comic relief etc - but its so out of place - if ur in a life threatening situation - the whole family is shitting bricks - worried about their well being and they are coochi cooing in the jungle... Pragya making googly eyes at him - the whole thing seems so ridiculous...

Looks like Cvs really don't have any story line - otherwise I can't see the point of dragging out this track - how many days has it been? I see night and day in almost every episode so for creative purposes TV time lines are skewed so lets say 5-7 days?

I hope this ends soon - if for nothing else to see Pragya in a fresh pair of clothes - the outfit probably stinks by now...

The clothes is the one thing that really bothers me, but other than that, I am enjoying the track for the comedy (other than Abhi/AbhiGya, the goons and Neel are hilarious too). And of course Abhi is moving forward in his equation with Pragya finally. So I am enjoying!!

But... I agree... track is being stretched bit too much. But atlast Abhigya are getting some quality time together😊

as a general viewer...keeping aside the love of particular jodi...i totally can understand your frustration...my mom is frustrated too...since she is a mere general viewer...and just a fan of shabbir since KTH days...

I think they are dragging it so Abhigya become close. I just had that feeling seeing how Abhi sleeps on Pragya today and the day before also when he was tired he made her sit and he sleeps on her lap. So it seems they are using this kidnap dragfest to show romance shomance. 😆 But I agree those arguments when they are being searched in that jungle they are busy arguing loudly what the hell. Really out of place...

Tired of the clothes yes, but we all know they are going to catch them again right and whilst they were at that tavern I kept thinking any moment the goons are going to be back the whole time.

One more thing Abhi is rich, Purab has a car, why he can't find out the directions for that tavern and phone Purab to tell them where to pick them up that same night, they can come with all the police and at least with the sirens the goons will run the other direction.

I agree the whole situation is being taken so lightly and it annoys me so much! Abhi and Purab are the dumbest heroes that have ever existed and Abhi is so immature I want to throw him in primary school. Seriously I've met pre-teens with more maturity. He keeps joking around and acting like a five-year-old while he supposedly has just survives multiple attempts on his (and his wife's) life, running through a jungle, and walking for hours, while having eaten nothing. This track could have flourished into a beautiful character development. Too bad the cv's are idiots and assume their viewers are too!

Seriously kkb makers want their viewers to firstly throw their brains out of the window and then watch their show😡!

It's good that u are not watching the show...so does I...even I can't handle this much nonsense...but still being a Rabul fan...I watch only their scenes online and read WU..😳

But yes this Kumkum Bhagya is definitely becoming Stretching bhagya...its getting annoying to the core 🤢

Hope this kidnapping drama ends soon...atleast by this week...different reasons for different people...but for me it's only that I want to see some good moments between Rabul...I am again missing their happy faces😭

Same feelings here... I really don't know if the CV's use any logic. In yesterday's episode, abhgya called daadi to telll they r safe. Can't they call purab and police and tell their location?? I have a feeling they will drag this again.

Really well said! This serial is just so disconnected with anything close to reality or logic that one just have to watch it as a comedy show or something! The TRPs are so high and people are even saying they are enjoying the track so I do not think the CVs will even bother to change the path they have taken!

I can't imagine how stinky both Abhi and Pragya must be in their clothes...running around, no bath, sleeping and waking up without brushing teeth🤢...Eeeks and yet romance is going on...

I hope that in reality they had several sets of the same clothes ...Sriti and Shabbir did not have to wear the same thing for days!

I am enjoying the track except for the same set of clothes. I tune in to Zee at 9 PM in India and watch the whole show with commercial breaks.

I have a decent education and brain and a very demanding job 😛, and I like watching this show. It acts a good stressbuster . I am happy for as long as the track continues , provided they change their clothes.
