My dad sings this punjabi song for my mom if anyone asks him to sing something...

My mom hardly ever wears paranda though...may be she did when younger.

Mina Mina.. Do you know this bengali song? I have danced on this like numerous times..It's from a Bangladeshi poet.. Kazi Nazrul Islam..

I do! But its a pretty slow paced song. Would have loved to see the dance.

It's a bit slow Kat, but a very flowy song.. We used to do it as a lighter item amongst the heavy classical stuff... I loved it because it required the least effort/concentration but was beautiful.

it is quite beautiful and no i wasn't familiar with it - but my dad recognized the first strains even as he was listening to a bengali serial on full blast...then he paused his show and asked me why i was listening to it and then before waiting for me to answer he started humming it 😆 ...but also cuteee

tia i'm trying to find the song but neither dad and i remember enough about it eeeps 😳
