P: You said you will do anything for me on my birthday. So I want you to read this book. It's my favorite, and Elinor is my favorite character in it. And I will do anything for you, if you read this book.

A: Alright Pragya, I read the book.

P: So how did you like it? Which character you liked the most?

A: Well, if you like Elinor, I have to like Edward. Anyways, it just so got into my head that I had a severe, head, oops mindblowing..headac... Okay listen, now it's my turn to give you some sense and sensibility.

P: But I have read it already. Got three copies actually. You can keep this copy with you.

A: Yep, that's what is the matter. I have just asked my manager to take away any Jane Austen related book from your library and gift it to my enemies in the industry.

P: But why?

A: Because finally I have understood why you are so boring and I will not let you be that way anymore. Remember you said you will do anything for me if I read that book.

P: How foolish of me to...

No offense to Jane Austen, "Sense and sensibility" or her/the book's fans. I have read and enjoyed the book too. Just that I find Abhi doing something like this upon reading this book.
