I think they originally planned for a certain kind of story that would require Faisal/Suresh in a major role first as Pragya's friend/fake love interest and eventually as Bulbul's rescuer/real love interest. The question then becomes if Faisal will wait around for them to remember that there was a strong Suresh story possibility too 😕

So in short summary...maybe they decided he was their parallel lead at that time, but now they have changed their mind 😔

True with the tracks Mina, but not with the actual story. The only TRP getters of this show are Abhi and Pragya. No one else. The ratings leapt from their marriage time. These people do plan the stories from long. They must have known casting a good looking actor like Arijit will get them good response. But the plot is always Abhigya heavy. If they have decided not to use Suresh, how will they move the story further?

Shabbir is perhaps the primary lead of the show but when I started watching the show (I started for just him), I used to wonder why is he not even shown in some episodes and even if they showed it was for a min or so. But then, there was no story involving him at that time, it was all about Pragya-Suresh and Bulbul-Purab!

Jab rabul fans rabul ki more screen space ke liye demand kar rahe the tab sab tapak jate the uss post pe ki arjit side character hai bolke. Suresh ki overdose ki wajah se kam try aati thi ab uska scene nehi aa raha hai to zyada trp aa raha hai to cvs kyun dikhaye usse? Serial reach on no 1 bcoz of Abhigya & rabul that's why cvs ignoring suresh.

u guys say dat arijit is a supporting actor rite. .den kkb ke 100 episode celebration pic mein rabul and abhigya ka combined pic kyu tha guys...where was suresh ..arijit ko Itna screen space bhi milta hai. ..arijit for ur kind info. ..shabbir hei arijit ko har kkb celebration pics mein tag karta hai. ..but faisal ko nhi. ..shocking na. ...and sbs mein kkb ka no. 1 hone ka wajah. abhigya ki darar aur rabul ka romance bataya gya hai. ..agar yakin nhi hota toh link de Dungi. ...u guys need to wave up. ..u knw very well abt rabul popularity. ..dnt try to act smart. .

Guys trp is not because of only abhigya ...many people watch the show only for rabul...



And trp is not only because of abhigya not Rabul...it'd because of team effort...on camera and off camera everyone do their work and 100%...so kkb at 1 because of all and no at no.2 also because of every related person

Doesn't mean Shabbir was not the main lead. Now that the track focusses on him, he is all over the place.

Right now there is no story involving Suresh, and when it does even he will be shown.

Good point! OMG first two months of KKB must've been torture for anyone who was a Shabbir fan...but we could see that the story would get there. So now I will continue to hope that the story will get there for Faisal/Suresh too! God knows how many more months it will take though 😛
