go to this link...

http://imgur.com/

in right corner u will get a option like upload image

if u have pic in ur pc click 'computer'

if u r getting from google r something click 'web' copy and paste the "url" of the image

then click 'start upload' the image... then ur image will appear fully dont click edit option... then copy the link given in this

BBCode (message boards & forums)

and paste here in post...
