Agree with you @TM

Shabir as Abhi comes across a drug addict, low on energy and doesn't bring out the passion and raw energy that are associated with Rockstart types.

The least Ekta can do is to get the Cvs to work on his looks and give something original and that suits him instead of borrowing from Bolloywood.

well i am not liking shabbir as abhi .

but then i feel once his track with pragya starts ..things will go better

i have faith in sriti , she can pull up with anybody and as for shabbir he is not that bad either .though i would have prefered somebody better .

nobody like ashish chaudhary as raghav in ema when he made an entry but slowly he picked up and now i feel nobedy can be better then him...so may be after few months i feel same for shabbir.

let me see if shabbir impresses me same way as ashish did 😆

With due respect to everyone's opinions & having seen all actors mentioned in this post right from their debut shows, and movies, I've found Shabbir way talented. It's because of this reason only I don't want him replaced even though I'm disappointed with his role & looks at the moment. He looks like a man whose lost weight after an illness.

Also, until someone mentioned here I never knew he's the main lead. I've been thinking Suresh is the main lead & Shabbir the second. Yet, I'm willing to wait & watch.

I think more than anything its upto the actor to make the character his own,Sriti has established that and we have seen her character getting more space.While Abhi aka shabbir hasnt got even 50% of that space to protray his character.With time hopefully he gets under the skin of the character.I havent seen much of his shows as mentioned by his acolytes here ,so I am not best to comment on his acting skills.Lets see how well he picks up from here.But I want to mention people here have mixed up his appearance and his complexion.They are two different things.

I have never seen any of Shabbir's past works so I can only go by what I have seen of him on KB when it comes to my opinion about him. I think he is doing great on KB so far as Abhi but do we always need to see him w/that big headband? It's like w/Suresh, it's the mustache & specks & w/Abhi, it's this big headband 😆. I feel like shaving off Suresh's mustache & takin' off Abhi's big headband 😆.

He has removed his headband now and cut his hair short as per latest SBS segment.

Thank you all for your input. I really appreciate how everyone gave their input without bashing anyone. I am waiting for Abhi & Pragya's love story to start. I hope they change SA's look in the show.
