Is it me or did u guys notice, that when vikram put that water in Padma's mouth her eyes twitched?

I saw the eye twitching too.

Another blooper that I think I saw: The tilak was already on Padma Dadisa's forehead in one shot, and then in the next shot, Vikram was putting the red tilak on her bare forehead.
