Part 1
Everyone is in the living room of the Nanda Mansion, Ranbir is sitting on the sofa with a broken leg and Mallika is yelling at him being soo careless. She says that soon he'll be a father, but that doesn't make a difference to him and that Kanya is the only one that can make him change his ways. She asks Kanya to make him understand how foolish his acting and tells ranbir that his lucky to get such a great wife. Shanta tai tells Kanya to do some drama and act caring towards ranbir, so that no1 gets suspicious. Kanya goes and sits next to Ranbir and says that he needs to take care of himself and that she is feeling really bad… he needs to stay in complete bed rest for 14 days (guys my I don't understand hindi numbers… she might of said 14 or 15 days… sometime around that period) She asks to swear to his mom that he won't go anywhere in those days and rest (shes faking her sympathy for Ran, but omg… shes really touchy-feely and calling ran SWEETHEART… lol she can't get enough of her hubby) . Ranbir thinks to himself… "this chipkali wants to go on a holiday and leave me trapped this house." He says that he can't live without Kanya and that how can she leave while his in this bad condition. He asks his mom not to let her leave and he hugs Kanya (he wants to get back at her for trapping him, but really he can't bare to spend 1 second without his beautiful wife). Mallika asks Pammi-Anand if Kanya can stay and they agree. Everyone leaves and rankan is alone… ranbir squeezes kanya hard and says my darling wife (its cute… not romantic… his just annoying her)
Rankan is in they're room and kanya is pacing around the room. Kanya is really mad that ran ruined her plans to go home and now she is stuck with him again. Ranbir is laughing at her and saying that it was your plan to keep me at home and now you have to suffer in this room with me. Kanya tells him shut up or else she'll break his other leg and warns him that its already been a month since they're marriage and that if he doesn't sucessfully break their contract marriage in these 14 days then she'll tell everyone the truth. Rabir comes up with a plan and tells Kanya (the scene is in silence mode)
Next morning, Kanya heards Mallika coming and wakes ranbir. He grabs a cigarette, lights it and puts it in kanyas mouth. When mallika and reva enter, kanya pretends to smoke and says that she'll never quite. Ranbir scolds her and reva says kanya is class-less and doesn't care about the Nanda family's reputation. Mallika has a stern look on her face and takes another cigarette from the box and tells Kanya to smoke it in front of her. Kanya is unable to smoke and Mallike says that her daughter-in-law would never smoke and yells at ranbir for making her take the blame for his bad habit. Also, she scolds reva for badmouthing kanya and tells her to ask for forgiveness. An upset reva runs into shanaya in the hallway. Reva crys and says the Mallika doesn't talk to her respectfully anymore. Shanya misunderstands her and thinks the reva is making fun of her by mimicing the way she crys. Shanta comes and encourages shanaya to call her mom (devika) and complain to her about reva.
Part 2
A family friend named Roma comes to visit. Siddhart escorts her into the house and right upon entering, she starts to complain that the house is too hot (shes really stuck up and full of herself… another jerk enters the house) Reva comes to greet her and praises Roma on being soo fabulous. They walk into the living rom and Siddhart is making facing at Roma behind her back ( I don't blame him.. gosh she soo dumb). Reva introduces roma to shanya and greets Big D. Shanta tai comes and wonders where this lady shameless, half nake (shes making fun for the fact that her clothes barely cover her body) lady came from. Big D asks Roma about her new marriage and why she married an old guy. Roma says that her husband's old age doesn't bother her because as long as he makes money and can ride the horse then shes good (ewwwww🤢) … She says that there is no point of talking about this and what she really wants is to meet Ranbir and thus goes to his room.
Next scene, Pammi-Anand come home to see that their house is a mess with food splattered all over the place. Simran comes out of the kitchen and says that she wanted to surprise them by cooking dinner for them with harpals help. Suddenly the cooker burst and they run into the kitchen to see food all over the hall. Some of the food fall on Pammi's head, she tastes it and says its good and they all start to laugh.
Part 3
Back in the Nanda house, Roma enters Ranbir's room and goes and sits next to him on the bed. She calls him "darling" and says its so nice to see him after such a long time. Ranbir says that its nice to see her too and that she is looking really pretty (ran is totally smiling at her). She compliments him and says that he got even more handsome. Hearing this kanya gets up from the sofa and has a furious look on her face (omg shes sooo jealous, looked like she was about to punch her… lol back off roma) Rome sees kanya and asks ran if shes his nurse, but ran tells her that kan is his wife. Roma is in utter shock and is surprised that he married such a simple girl. Shanta comes into the room and makes fun of roma. Ranbirs tells her not to disrespect his friend and roma calls shanta down-market. Shanta warns her not to talk too much and tells her to get out. (finally shanta tai to the rescue… she finally does sonething good and gets rid of bimbo Roma) Rome feels insulted and leaves. Mallika enters the room and informs ran that she is going to the hospital to get his report. Ran says that she doesn't spend anytime with him anymore and request her stay. Mallika agrees and sends Kanya to get his reports instead.. Ranbir thinks to himself that… finally he'll get some peace with kan gone for a while..
