Shahenshah wakes up in hospital bed and Nidhi scolds him that he didn't listen to her - to not trouble Janki bai aur achhe bhuche rehna. Nidhi asks him to promise to do so, and Shahenshah promises as Nurse D'Souza comes and Nidhi leaves.
Back in Ashutosh's cabin Dr Mallika is upset at being humiliated by Ashutosh overruling her about kicking Nidhi out of OT. Ashutosh says that he just felt that she deserved to be there. Mallika accuses him of taking Dr Nidhi's side - baara sal ki dosti vs. theen din ki intern - Mallika crys on Ashutosh's shoulder, then Ashutosh tries to calm her down by putting his arms around her - and just then, Nidhi walks in - so shocked at what she sees - and leaves saying I'm sorry. Ashutosh is wondering... as Nidhi is upset outside in the hallway. She felt her earrings and is about to throw them in the dustbin, but Anji grabs her arm before she does so. Anji asks what she was doing...Nidhi said nothing and Anji said lets go. Now, Anji is a smart cookie...
While leaving in hospital car, Anji tries to talk to Nidhi, while she is looking outside the window upset...but then Nidhi changed the topic to Ranganath. Ranganath Anji ko pasand karte hai.
In children's ward, Dr Priyanka is having hard time getting the children to take medicine, while children want medicine with joke and injection with kahaani as Dr Nidhi did... poor Priyanka does not like children's ward...off she goes to see Dr Ranganath
Mallika is sorry for being upset as Ashutosh dropped her off at home. Mallika crys. Ashutosh says "in aansuoon ki zubaan samajhna bada mushkil hota hai. jin zakhmon zubaan nahi hote, aansuoon ki zubaan buch jaate." Mallika asks Dr Nidhi kya sochti hongi - Ashutosh says laughingly kya farak padta hai, that we are having an affair?, for God's sake you are a doctor. Then Mallika says seriously, I am an aurat too. Then a serious (no more smiling) Ashutosh leaves for KGH.
Dr Priyanka goes to see Dr Ranganath in his cabin. Ranganath again back to his mazaak - she requests to shift out of children's ward. Ranganath says you will have to ask Dr Ashutosh or Dr Mallika for that.
Anji brings food and feeds Nidhi trying to get Nidhi to spill the beans. Nidhi finally tells that she saw Dr Mallika crying on Dr Ashutosh's shoulders and he had his arms around her. Anji says so, why does it make a difference to you?? You shouldn't have any problem with this when you are not Dr Ashutosh's wife nor Dr Mallika's husband. Anji, aap ko to psychiatrist banna chahiye, fashion designer nahi. 😆 Nidhi says that's true - I shouldn't be upset about it, but I still don't like it. That's why I was throwing away his earrings, but Anji explained that those were your earrings that he returned to you, so you don't shouldn't be upset unless he gave you those earrings. Our Anji is SMART!!! Nidhi then thinks why am I upset (reading from her face).
