aww.😛. so sweet of Dr. A😳 - he's asking is this decision taken after thinking thru? is it taken in anger?😛😆😆

After having confirmed that she's not angry on him (waise Ashuji ek baat toh bataiye..Nidhi ke gusse se aapko itna farak kyun padhta hai ji?😛😆😆) he still dint want to let her go😉 so asked, do u want to say more? At which Nidhi says Thanks for giving me right advice at the right tym and helping me take the right decision😕😆😆(nidhiji bas kijiye!!😡 kyun zakhm deke, namak chidak rahi hain?😆😆😆😆) Haaye, as a last ditch attempt to stop her, he said I hope u wont regret the decision..😳😳 He even said, I regret losing a good doc😭. ( good doc, ya...😛😆) and the kids of children's like her😃.

He couldn't refrain a handshake😳.. really such a beautifully shown handshake,👏👏😃.. both the actors nailed the scene!⭐️⭐️⭐️

Aww.. look both looking at their hands and thinking of the handshake.. 😃😳. (kuch, nahi, bahut kuch toh hi zaroor😉😆)

Super liked that NiMal scene⭐️⭐️.. the heartfelt hug n the dialogues: We suffer our choices Nidhi😳 ( how true!!).. love the way Mallika touched her cheek tenderly n said so genuinely, Take care! 😃👏👏

The head nurse D'Souza too expressed her regret😭😭.. phir Dr. Ranganath ye mauka kaise chhodte, thooda flirt karne ka?😛😆.. ye toh kamaal ka flirt hai ji.. Nidhi ke thru Anji tak pahunchne ki saazish😲 oops, I mean koshish😛

This ole scene was so entertaining😃 n funny🤣

Poor Shehenshah.. He was s angry n upset😭😭

she bids a teary goodbye to KGH😭😭😭 and our Dr. Sweetheart (is scene me hardstone nahi bola jaata😳) looking on.. aww how v. sad he looked😭..

At home, DB is happy at the decision😃, but cv looks disappointed😔..

wow.. so he knows and asks her y she is not happy..Nidhi says donno😔😔.. At which he explains the strangeness of the emotion called "happiness"

at night, while emptying her purse, Nidhi finds her by-now famous earrings and put them on. n she recollects Saiyanji's words n the handshake 😳😛😃

My work is done😃 and yours begins friends..😛

Lovely analysis Shirley 👏👏

For me, today's is a heartwrenching and an emotional episode. The mystic eyed Ashutosh made it clear for himself that Nidhi is not leaving in any anger. Her thanks is obvious and so is his attempt to stop her. 😳 One thing, Are only children at the ward like her or someone else is also there to... U know. 😉

The mesmerizing All the Best shaking of hands. The eyes locked, the separating of the hands, and then each other watching and feeling the touch. O wow !!! The presence of real warmth is there. The touched moment is they are unable to stay away from that touch. 🤗

Loved Mallika's envy over Nidhi. It was quite overwhelming. 😃 She also is stunned to see her choice in the life and career. The hug was nice and I loved the good Maiilka. 😳 😃

The nurses, the interns, the receptionist, everyone are like why she is leaving. But she has. The children at the ward made her emotional and it was an emotional wreck by the end. Kritika has emoted the scene so well. Hats off to her natural way to bid farewell to Kgh. 👏👏e. ⭐️⭐️

Leaving the Kgh, with the Ktlk Musical in the background and then in the parking -- O My My !!! Ashu is peeping through his cabin window and Nidhi is feeling his presence.❤️❤️ Magical, butterflies in the stomach and the cute way to express or observe the love and concern. I'm not able to express myself either. It's the most memorable scene for me. ⭐️⭐️

Nidhi has to be happiest, but she is not happy inside. Baba's explanation for the happiness is superb. 👏👏

KHUSHI NAHI MILTI TOH CRORON SE NAHI MILTI, MILTI HAI TOH EK CUP CHAI SE MIL JAATI HAI.

I think Cv had an idea of Akc. 😛😆

Loved it. Nidhi wearing the magical earrings and recalling Ashu's words. He called her a " good doc " Amazing. Brilliant. Laid an emotional and a loving track ahead. 😃

Lovely analysis Shirley & Babita!! 🤗👏👏👏👏 Dr Heartstone being touched by Nidhi's decision - he didn't want to be Nidhi's reason for leaving, and telling her that he is loosing a good doctor and children ward patients love her. 😳 The handshake that had an unusual feeling. Dr Mallika's warm goodbye - lovely scene. Wished Mallika stayed like this, but . Nidhi's goodbyes to children's ward - especially Shahenshah and then outside looking up at KGH and Ashutosh looking down to watch Nidhi leave KGH. 😭😭 Then at home Nidhi not happy after taking her decision, and CV's support & explanation. 👏👏 Lovely father daughter scene. 😉
