True... First I was thinking which of the two females will die (Someone from this love-triangle would lose life - that was sure from the hints U had provided 😆 ) After sometime, it struck me that if either of the female dies, the end would be cliche. So considered Ashutosh's encounter/murder/suicide etc. as well 😆

You're sure to get brickbats no doubt. But not from me. I actually liked the way you ended this story. Prime reason... the lines below.

In spite of all that there was a strange sense of fulfillment in her...it was as if an amputated leg had been restored back to her...it didn't matter that someone else was feeling the pain of losing a limb...she wasn't selfless enough to kick away the happiness that had come knocking at her doorstep...if someone is hurt in the process then so be it...it was their fate...wasn't the same fate cruel to her 15 years ago...now let someone else be at the receiving end...

"I will refuse to make a choice...I won't be left alive if I leave Radhika...and I will not find life worth living if I leave you..."

Too much has happened. He can't leave Radhika. He can't desert Nidhi either. There was no way out. Radhika's situation towards the end reminded me of the movie - Rajneeti. No similarities as such..just the ending. The realization that she has conceived AFTER his death.

Take a bow Vidisha.👏 Very hatke story with a very hatke ending. Super brave to post it in this forum. 😆

Vidisha... one more thing before I go off for my vacation. Watch Hamsafars in Sony. Only two episodes done so far. That guy has enough layers in him to grab my interest. He needs to work on his eyes though. They are not as blank as they're supposed to be.

Not sure if that PH will maintain the characterization and story line but still... a very interesting beginning.

Thanks for reading...I dared to post this only after most of the die hard ADs left the forum...the rest have been deterred by the disclaimer that I had posted at the beginning...so they didn't bother to read...my skin is saved.😊

I didn't want Ashu to die at the hands of Lallan..plus he could hire smart guys to kill Nidhi...the only other villain was Ashu's dad..he could hire 'bumbling assassins' if he had to get the job done without Lallan's knowledge...and it would be some sort of 'poetic justice' if he killed Ashu- inadvertently...after spending a lifetime plotting and scheming for his well-being. Alok had to die...though I hate suicide, I thought that scums like him should dirty their own hands with their blood

Oh My!!! Oh my goodness!!!

I kind of sensed it while reading... especially after heavy dialogues of Ashutosh about life and being alive...

Still reeling under the story's turns and twists.. will write more once my thoughts are more organised and coherent.

A big round of applause Vidisha!👏👏👏👏👏👏Superb story. I am so happy to read something very sensible.

One small thing, why Radhika's second child is also a male? Is there any significance?
Ashutosh was after a girl child... the one he got had never acknowledged him.. nor would ever ... though, he was mentally 'adjusted' with radhika, she had never betrayed him... I feeling sympathy for radhika than Nidhi. But may be my opinion changes after I think through properly.

I am off to office now.. see you in the evening

Thanks for reading

Ashu has got a daughter in Nirali..didn't want Radhika to have a daughter...she wouldn't be raised properly...if Ashu were alive then things would have been different...Radhika is better off with another son.

OMG Vidishaji you killed Ashu😕. How did you do this .
Poor Ashu😭 killed by his own father.
I hate Alok Tripathi. what a cruel man he is.
I thought it was Nidhi whose life was in danger.
Bechari Nidhi 15 years ke baad Ashu mila wo bhi sirf ek saal ke liye.
My sympathy goes to Nidhi and Nirali.
Any ways the end was justified.
Thank you for the SS Vidishaji.
Waiting for another FF or SS from you.😊
