No dear it is him...I am not just going by the title...it doesn't sound like him coz he didn't dub for it...the role was inconsequential anyway...but it is him...look carefully...in one scene where he lifts the 'sehra' while talking, SK's trademark nose is clearly visible...and from time to time there were brief jhalaks of his features...watch carefully- though the scene is pathetic...and you will observe these things...I was a big SKD when I made this post...and so I am pretty sure it is him
