No, Jagan is not Ashutosh's boss. Yes, Jagan is the character with the scarred face and blank eyes.

Like the character of Shantamma...more like Nidhi's mom than a nanny. And also custodian of sorts for Nidhi's property.

I have taken the character of Shantamma from Lakshmi Amma (who used to take care of us in Hyderabad) and also Amma (who takes care of us now)

Ashutosh and Nidhi have started chatting online? kaha pe? Facebook?

Any other portal for online chatting? I don't know. To keep away from legal implications, Richa Didi told me not to explicitly mention the name of the portal.
