Got this idea from MS's food post ...

Noodles toh jee was a comfort food for the nikamma Rohan and Nidhi and Anji..

jab dekho tab shuru ho jaate the !

noodles is one of the most simple dishes ,I have noticed its unique too !

I mean all of my friends make noodles in their own styles ..

When I was in hostel,I used to make noodles with my chota immersion rod (which I bought for makin tea!)...

and now I boil the noodles till its half cooked ,throw the water and then cook it again with masala ...and take it off gas before its completely cooked ..i dont like it all soft soft !

one of my roommates fries onions,tomatoes and dhaniya patta in oil ,adds garam masala and then adds noodles to it ...

another friend of mine adds makes egg fry and then mixes noodles with it !

wonder what kinda noodles Rohan used to make..

anyways ,whats your noodle recipe ?

My daughters loves noodles , but i do not like her to have much . Her noodles she likes it plain but extra spicy,also she dont like it soft soft, stuck all together

Me used to make it with onion, green paper and pinch of garam masala..long time ago

Kya post hai Deepaji... I am a big fan of noodles!! 😳 Can have them anytime... 😃 I add some more salt alongwith the masala given and make the noodles very spicy with chilly powder and garam masala and love them properly cooked.
