Dear friends thought I would not make anymore posts , but all my life very few people's opinions have ever mattered and I have lived life MY WAY , so somehow wanted to reach out to everyone specially after the news of Dr Leena's daughter's passing away children have such a special place, that it hurts almost physically , then heard yesterday that my young and very brilliant colleague's husband passed away after a prolonged fight with a malignancy ,, life is so unpredictable , ,at one moment u are happy laughing thinking that life is beautiful , when it deals with u a back hand , and suddenly the colors vanish and u are left with a dark void , a seemingly unending darkness , where you desperately search for that one light that will take the shadows away , but if God closes one door he tries to partially open another , and if u have the courage to take that one step , the door does open , life is too short , and it goes on no matter what , let us resolve to help each one , how and where we can to take that step to open the door , to find the dawn after a long dark night ,let us in our own way do something to make someone's day brighter no matter how small the gesture is ,

So true Dr Babs, life is too short! Helping each other is one of the several things that this show has shown us. I believe that we loyal fans have this in common - the need to spread love, share happiness, comfort in sadness, uplift in pain, support in tough times.

Loss of a loved one is so big & puts a void in the heart which takes time to heal. Only love & support of family & friends can help through this tough period.

Praying for Dr Leena & her family through this critical time.

Kisi ki muskirahaton pe ho nisaar,
Kisi ka dard mil sake toh le udhaar,
Kisi ke waaste ho tere dil mein pyaar,
Jeena isi ka naam hai... 😃

A very beautiful , thotful n emotional post doc!! I really admire ur writing skills!!

Sometimes life is unpredictable. It dictates things that you do not want to pursue, nor do you wish to listen to. But no matter how we resists life, it wont allow itself to lay unappreciated and devalued for a long time. For each day we live on this planet, each breath we took when were awake and each silent breath when we are asleep, life is already in its existence. For life is within us, it envelops us in everything that we do. It is there, silent and yet overbearing, when we took our own paths, when we mould our own destiny, life is always there.

Nothing in this world compares to the comfort and security of having someone just hold your hand...just knowing that we r not alone someone is there to hold u is more than enuf to brighten a day... a few words of care..all said n done!!

Very emotional post Dr. Babs!👏

It is indeed an effort for the near and dear to come out of the grief. Friends and well wishers are the supporting system to find those doors.

Doc,
Very sorry to know about your colleague's husband's untimely demise. Dr Leena's grief already has us in tears. May god give the bereaved families courage to move on. You're right, life is so unpredictable, do not know how or when smiles turn into tears, and we become helpless. Let us try to make the most of life while we have opportunities and time.
