Perfect title Sujatha, a emotional walk down memory lane this was. Not only for the characters but for us as well. And what an occasion to do it, on their first wedding anniversary! And what a place, the same machan where they had consummated their marriage! And what a manner to remember all those milestones, both good and bad than locked in each others arms.

what better way to make the good memories even more precious and take away the hurt caused by the bad ones, right??

Liked that it was Ashu's planning all the way and after the VDay surprise one can certainly believe that he was capable of doing this. 😛 And loved all those reference to those small details like Ashu arranging the clothes and Nidhi reflecting the change in him or them teasing each other about the tree climbing or about being better prepared and laughing together at their memories of their HM. And of course Nidhi wanting to be called Mrs. Ashutosh as if that makes her feel more connected... actually in the show when Ashu was cooking the rice kheer and he called her Mrs. Nidhi ashutosh I liked the ring to it, it felt that he was possessive about her and your dialog reminded me of it...

i remember that one...when you mentioned it at that time, i went and watched it on youtube..yes, that was indeed cute..first time he addressed her as such..

Then again the fun moments at the tree and the final one with the monkeys were hilarious. This time Ashu joined the fun completely, a massive change in his personality to learn to let go sometimes...

Then the night in the machan and their memory game. Once again clearly showing Nidhi's love where she readily forgave him all his lapses and in fact remembers only their good times. But his mistakes clearly still make Ashu feel guilty to know how much pain he caused Nidhi... this kind of recollection, either as self thought or convo was sorely missing in the show. I always wanted them to talk of her dismissal, but alas! And also wanted to see AShu offer some apology for the Mallika track but other than a single sentence saying he would not let anything come between them he did not say or do anything... and then few days later he lets his ego come in the middle when Nidhi is still reeling form all that and preggy Mallika reenters, ashu does nothing to reassure her... another place where the show failed
