Alright getting back to the other part of the review, liked the gossip part and Anji's spitting fire at them. Poor Nidhi, goes to show some things stick for life even if she was a child herself! And those comments were not a direct dig at Ashu's character but more like speculating about he family connection... my only grouse here, wish Ashu had heard those comments against Nidhi! Its one thing to have a second hand knowledge from say Anji or Rohan but another to hear it for himself. 😡 The impact then of Rohan's revelation would have been more poignant.

true. but Ashu hearing some of the comments..i had another scene in mind so saved it for that time..

And the song was perfect. But somehow I always knew from those lyrics it was Rohan who would sing the song, so am not surprised! 😊 And before I forget I loved the song in the HM chapter 'Chup gaya..', one of my favorites for the beats in the song.

Coming to Rohan... shall I copy paste from the last review? 😆 Chalo, the only thing I did not gather then was if he knew about Nidhi's love and that is clear now. So glad he is such a true friend for Nidhi. And all those years of protecting her has made him strong as well, given him the ability to hide his feelings from Nidhi and not burden her with the added guilt of not being able to reciprocate Rohan's love. Wonderful character Sujatha... honest, upright, caring, astute and very intelligent. 👍🏼

That image of Nidhi hiding behind him when the boys teased her was really touching Sujatha. Goes to show why Nidhi became so reserved, vulnerable, fearful and painfully shy. And always on edge, a migraine victim... once again I really wish Ashu comes to know a little more about some of these experiences, rather than having a more bird's eye view that he has now. Hoping to see some Ashni talk about this when they finally confess their feelings, and the T-shirt revelation happens. 😳

Then that big drama and twist... not going into that this time. But liked the intuitive manner in which Ashu and Rohan coordinated, liked the communication between them that lasted only a few words but was enough for each to trust the other...

Coming to Ashu and Nidhi, again liked how Ashu's shrewd eyes picked up on Nidhi's discomfort, her tension. He knew she was shaken but to make her open up about the possibility of a migraine coming on and then helping as much as he can to try and put it off goes to show how attuned he has become to Nidhi. How much her moods seem to affect him now, sigh! when will he recognize that this was love? And finally giving Nidhi that confidence to open up. Loved Nidhi's shy tentative request for a hug, loved that she finally found courage to voice something that's in her mind, to ask for something for herself... and of course loved Ashu;s response to it, loved how he assured her.

@bold..yes, this scene was to highlight the shift in their relationship with Nidhi gaining more confidence and Ashu gaining more trust and caring and yes, falling in love..

And the next one as well, the Ashu-Rohan convo. Bang on! Wow, that was quite a missile Rohan hurled Ashu's way! Left him stunned and shaken... and guilty as hell! Then his FB, the images from past come rushing back and those of the last month as well. Enough to bring tears to his eyes and make him restless... to know here was this girl who loved him selflessly and did not even try to show it or declare it, did not expect anything in return ought to overwhelm anyone. To realize he had it wrong all along and even worse he had insulted that deep love many times with his hurtful comments. He now realized the pain behind Nidhi's outburst that night.

Finally he has understood the implications of his words and of all of Nidhi's actions, both from 10 years ago and now... and his reaction really touching, just wanting to go to her, hold her and promise to protect her... now he realizes she is precious to him, and maybe wants to cherish that love as well. A very unexpected gift from her... and I guess from on each action, each word of hers is going to affect AShu real bad, knowing he has pretty much forced her to hide her feelings. This was an unexpected twist to their relationship here. How long before he opens his mouth and declares his love and both can finally express themselves freely... and now its his turn to protect her as well. In a way he is going to return the favor and guess fall in love with her...

Earlier I also liked Ashu's confronting Rohan about his love and the transparency in their stances. Both know where the other stands and hence know their limits. Its surprising this Ashu is ready to trust Roahn, a relative stranger to him. Could it be because he trusts Nidhi now and knows from Rohan that Nidhi has never loved him... Will continue the Rohan-Ashu convo next time...

correct again Aarti...he trusts Nidhi and from what he heard from Anji, he trusts Rohan..afterall, he was there to protect her when Ashu was not.
