Some television actors, who have starred in various serials, have risen to fame when they turned hosts for reality shows. "Hosting has definitely given me more recognition. I was a popular face on television but people knew me only by my character and I never got so much love and admiration. After Nach Baliye 5, wherever I go, people know me as Karan. According to our production house, we as anchors received as many appreciation messages as other contestants by the viewers. Hosting is fun and I don't mind hosting more shows in the future," says Karan who soon be seen hosting Indian Idol Junior with Mandira Bedi after his hosting skills were appreciated in Nach Baliye.
