For me Aarti,it would be difficult to name one single episode as most of the times I end up watching too many but if I do have to name then my list goes as :
1.Ashu BB Milan and it starts from moment he denies marry to Mallika.
2.Episode 129 in which he and Nidhi together in KGH ,all the dialogues were heart wrenching,I still cant forget the way he tried to look away when Nidhi asks him,Aap kaise hain?
3.Ashni wedding,specially sindoor and Mangalsutra part
4.Episode 240 Nidhi's birthday
5.Episode 219,I dont know why but I love watching this episode over and over again,just love Ashu's concern for nidhi and kitchen romance
But I am not finished yet as most of the times I end up watching Ashni moments from different episodes,love the dori scene,the mangalsutra scene in KGH and car,love that morning jump,in short I love wtching Ashni moments,I am never tired of watching them and strangely enough everytime I find something new,total pagal,my family has given up on me 😆😆😆

For me the episode I have watched many many times is the Baba-AShu milan, especially that part of the episode... that was literally a tempest both outside and inside, a violent storm was brewing outside and was matched with the emotional outburst of the main characters...

The first incredulity on hearing Baba's name after so many years...

The Desperate Search for Baba... so close yet so far...

The Joy, Love and Shock on Baba's face when he hears Ashu calling him...

The First Glimpse for both of them... a hazy reflection in the mirror...

The Happiness, Relief and Disbelief on both their faces...

Then the Big Hug as if they don't want this moment to end...

Well I repeatedly watched their first hug in Kerala and the epi when Nidhi calls Ashu in midnight for operation and then Ashu drops her home.. What a tremendous acting by the duo..

The Hospital episode after Ashu is back - the dialogues were wonderful...The way Ashu shouts at Mallika to let Nidhi come in to his room - when Ashu despite his drowsiness hears Nidhi's voice...and the beautiful dialogues that followed when the 2 see each other after an incident where they had almost lost each other...

The episode after the break up - where Ashu asks Nidhi to be his scrub...love to watch it...the love between the two was so so obvious & the way both of them trying to control themselves...the entire scene in the car...Ashu telling Nidhi that she was lucky y to have 2 babas...Nidhi's eyes full of tears - realising that she has hurt Ashu unknowingly...

Another one that seems to be a favorite of many... episode 129

The episode where Ashu goes to Nidhi's house before the sagai to check out the size of the ring...and Nidhi's excitement on seeing the ring...Nidhi joyfully hugging him and Ashu totally embarrased and taken aback...and the way he keeps backing off when Nidhi was trying to pull the thread from his shirt - a wonderful scene & a lovely episode..

Cute episode, Ashu was so embarrassed then... episode 149

The sangeet episode - Nidhi telling Ashu that she does not enjoy doing anything without him & Ashu's first attempt at dancing only for Nidhi's happiness...and the entire sangeet with friends and family was a happy episode and so love watching it...

Agreed, very unique sangeet, many seem to watch this one too... episode 155
