1) Finally u accepted this: U have a problem with Nidhi. It's not that she is supporting BB's desire, u are against her. For any other reason, you would have bashed her because of your intense dislike for this character.
Somewhere in this thread you have mentioned: "I would have seriously whacked Nidhi if I had been in Ashu's place" Why such mysogynism? In any cultured society women are never thought of someone who can be whacked -- however grave the reason might be and here Nidhi hasnt done anything wrong at all then why such thoughts of whacking a woman -- even if it's a fictional character?
2) Yes, in any era, Nana remains mother's father and naatin remains daughter's daughter. FIL means spouse's father and DIL remains son's wife. I dont remember if I tried to give new definition to any of these relationships or I said that in new era, this relationships have diff. definitions than conventional ones. Nidhi helping BB in this track wouldnt make any change in their relationship -- neither as Nana-Naatin nor as FIL-DIL.
3) Just because u dont think a certain word that u r using isnt offensive & derogatory, that doesnt make it unoffensive or decent. For u it may not be so, but for others, it could be.
4) Let the story unfold first. What BB should do and shouldnt is decided by CVs and what they have decided so far is Nidhi will take initiative to help BB have a chance to apologize to Aaradhanaji -- This is perfectly OK with me and many others. And, if BB had to do it, he would have done it long back. For some reason, he couldnt do so but still has a guilt in him for that. So, Nidhi is trying to give him a chance to get rid of that emotional burden. Besides, when Nidhi is there, I dont think any outsider is needed to do this. Noone would care for BB the way Nidhi would.

This discussion isn't going healthy any longer Harshalji, so, I would like to stop it here. Let the story unfold the way CVs have decided.

besides I dont understand how ashu's "lovegiri" at 42 is right ...but BB's "lovegiri" at 75 is not ...
