How will they show Ashni handle BB's illness

I am just making a point on the basis of this gift thing which has been mentioned in last two episodes,BB and Ashu both have promised Nidhi something.Now ,BB is sick,we dont know what he is suffering from and both Ashni are related to him,my wild guess is what if BB needs an organ transplant and Nidhi being his blood relation can help him but neither Ashu nor BB himself agrees for this and then this gift thing comes into play,I dont know,may be my imagination is working overtime here,it is just that they cant show BB sick just for the sake of it,it has to have some relevance to Ashni's life,let us see what the cvs have in store for us,but one thing is for sure that KK,SK and Alok ji ,all are going to excel in this emotional track.

i do not think Baba is sick because of the FS he was sick before the Fs i do not think Ashu will blame Nidhi for that

Ashni bond will be stronger as they will face this together.I don't think Ashu will blame Nidhi for the simple reason that whatever change they(CV's)have shown in Ashu will become useless then!
