The way BB is coughing and all that, I think he is coming up with emphysema or even lung cancer.

Even though my fingers itching to type "Ashni super romance" but My mind telling me its going to be BB health issue ..I scared for him , he is coughing so badly ...Something is wrong !!😔

BB's health issue. I have a feeling BB has an idea about his issue being a doctor, but doesn't want to disclose it in fear of worrying Ashni. Well it will come out anyway.

BB is coughing badly, having headache , from all this it seems that BB is going to be seriously ill. Next track will be Ashni fighting together for BB's life. Facing bad time together.
