Top grade analysis Aarti.There definitely is a lot of change in Ashni arguments...Before they would just shout out their own POVs and neither would bother to try to understand each other...now that is not the case...Before it was always Nidhi who used to try and break the ice - but now Ashu does not wait for that...The dinner table convo was indeed very intelligently written and well displayed...A good episode overall - waiting to see how this takes off on monday and what will happen next week..

Are rules made for us or are we made for the rules? 🤓 If you ask Nidhi the answer is the former and if you ask DD the answer is the latter. And Ashu so far believes in the former but off late is following the later. I think Ashu always strictly follows Hospital rules & Nidhi always dare to break rules for the sake of patient's well -being ...in early episodes we have seen that when Nidhi used to work in children ward..

So the next question for Ashu is... Who or what is more important, the patient or the rules? 🤓 Interestingly, again he believes in the former but, off late he is following the later.
I think he will realize Nidhi's POV later & agree with her but I'm not sure if he will go to DD to explain her POV.

does that justify the fact that he allowed the patient to be discharged without getting fully treated? Was that a morally correct thing to do, because the patient broke a rule that was not even in existence till 2 days back and for this his boss wanted the patient out? 🤓
Agree with you ..it wasn't morally correct & AShu should have raised his voice in this regard..DD was being very rude to an aged patient, he could have warned him... he also failed to maintain the dignity of his position as chief administrator because of cancelling Nidhi's nomination..he was really mean to Nidhi while talking to her in his cabin..

I found that Ashu who used to mock her and humiliate her for any small mistake now atleast tries to find out Nidhi's reasons behind her actions. 😃 He may be angry but he still allows Nidhi to have her say.👍🏼 Nidhi, for her part used to get intimidated by an angry Ashu and would become emotional and tongue-tied but not anymore.👏 Now she is more firm and even explains herself to Ashu. And I also find that in most cases these days Ashu realizes that Nidhi has a reason for her actions, 😳 and so does not condemn her outright or sulk or refuse to talk to her. He willingly discusses issues with her and this to me shows how much he has come to respect Nidhi and how much her opinions matter to him now. 😳

Totally agree with you...They still fight but not like before...at least Ashu listens to her POV...now they are more open to each other...in yesterday's epi Nidhi was shown very firm & confident while justifying her actions ...Even Ashu has also been changed,now he takes the lead to make up,I liked the way Ashu broke the silence in the bed room & tried to give safay, before he used to sulk in such situations.
I hope they end this track showing that what is needed is a right balance of all things. Just hope this couple has a new year. 😳
@bold, Me too hoping so, want to see balance of all things...doesn't want Ashu acts in favor of Nidhi in the hospital...just want he tries to understand the reason behind Nidhi's acts & support her actions for the well being of the patients...Nidhi also should keep distance from Aditi, who is more interested in fighting against oldies instead of her actual duty...

Yesterday one of my posts I had written the same thing that Kgh is one of the best hospitals before
DD's entry and ofcourse without implementing his rules everything was fine. So, it does not prove that he is correct in all his view. If it is then how come KGH is counted as a good hospital? Ashu should realise this. Nidhi broke rule as there was no room for discussion left by DD because of his biased nature. If Nidhi is guilty of breaking rule then at the same time she is correct as per humanitarian ground and as well as a sensitive doctor . But DD has completely failed as doctor and as human being when he told OMji to get discharged. He also failed as a professional by cancelling nomination of Nidhi for such small issue.

It is the time when Ashu should stand for Nidhi and told DD that when it was needed not any so called senior matured doctors, who are supporting him in his views, stand for him for helping in CM's surgery. It was childish, immature Nidhi stand for him and helped him for the surgery and save the hospital and helped to get the extra grant from Govt. for KGH. Today this KGH is damaging her career advancement.

Hope everything goes well and solved within 2episodes and then its Ashni together in seminar, Ashu as lecturer and Nidhi as junior doctor who is attending the lecture and lots of romance with gr8 New Year celebration.😛
