Although I have not seen DK, I have seen a show called Udaan which was about a young girl who wants to be an IPS officer...I was so inspired by the show that I thought I should become an IPS officer...my friend has a twelve year old daughter who watches KTLK...she likes Nidhi a lot...but she only wants to copy her dressing and hair style...she is not even thinking of a career as a doctor..😆

This could have been an inspirational character..it has not been the case!

That is why I wanted to ask those who have seen it, Deepa...but the actor who played Zoya had tremendous screen presence...Just saw the last scene on YT

I had seen DK but in that Zoya is matured and strong.But in that serial Dr Ahmer's support for Zoya was extraordinary and here not so her chara is diff here .

Alka,maybe the support was extraordinary because she inspired admiration and awe in him...he saw her as a serious professional despite her youth

so sujata ji i could not compare them,bec there is only concept is same but writingly and characterizarion of Zoya and Nidhi are diff.Nidhi is much sentimental towards ashu,her negligence towards profee[first] and Mallika is too much here but not in DK .

Dr.Zoya was such a matured...strong ..sensible and same time lively and Bubbly character .Nidhi is also very bubbly but childish and immature...that essense is missing here,
