Awww... Anjani dear... I was asked to write in hindi, so gave an attempt to it... Ok-ok.. I shall give u the summary of both of them in english...
Part 1- After the chores, nidhi decided to have a last look, if everything is alright, n when she came to khushi's room, she found her sitting on the floor at the other side of the bed, folding her legs to her chest, as if she is scared... When nidhi polietly asked whether she isnt sleepy or what, khushi told her, she is scared, if anybody kidnaps her, nidhi assures her of her safety, n askes her to sleep... But, khushi holds her hand, and asked her, if she can lie on nidhi's lap for some time... Nidhi, first quite, but, in the next moment, smilingly nods in a yes, throws her arms open, in a gesture that she wud let her lie in her lap... She takes, khushi on to the bed, folds her legs and makes, khushi's head lie in her lap... Nidhi, kept caressing khushi's hair, with her fingers, to which Khushi kept smiling,closing her eyes... The moment nidhi felt, khushi has slept, Khushi(while still lying in her lap) asked Nidhi, if it feels this good even in mom's lap, coz she hasnt one... Nidhi was dumbfolded for a moment, b4 she cud reply, khushi started nagging her, to answer, to which nids said, she too doesnt know... She too hadnt had a mother, n has slept in her baba's, db and shyama aunty's lap, for her, they r her mother... To this, answer of nidhi, khushi asked nidhi to ask Ashu, as to how, it feels being in mom's lap... Nidhi was again dumbfolded,this time, before she cud reply, a voice came over from the door saying he does not know how it feels to be in mom's lap, he too didnt have one... Nidhi's eyes immidiately shot up to see towards the door, to see Ashu standing there, wid his hands folded to the chest and eyes flowing endless tears... He came inside, caressed her hair lovingly and said '' beta, the trio of us, dont have a mother''...

Part2- nidhi streched out her one free hand towards Ashu, into which he readily gave his, to the gesture, nidhi held his hand tight, in an assurance, that its ok... She shifts, khushi to one side of her lap, making space for Ashu... N gestured him to put his head too in her lap... Initially, hesitating of Khushi's presence, but seeing the softness in nidhi's eyes, he relented... He first sat next to her at the corner of the bed, put his head on her shoulder and slipped his fingers between hers, n caressing the back of her hand with his thumb... Then he slowly slipped down to her lap, still caressing her hand's back... Nidhi bent down to kiss his cheek, n then his forehead, n then put her forehead against his, for a moment... So this was the position in which the trio were, khushi on one side of nidhi's lap, ashu on the other, nidhi's one hand caressing khushi's hair, n the other in Ashu's hand, caressed by his thumb... They stayed like this for some time... Finally, khushi slept, so Ashu picked her(khushi) up in his arms, n laid her comfortable on her bed... Nidhi adjusted the blanket on her properly and turned towards Ashu... Who again slipped his fingers back into hers, n led her to the bedroom... When nidhi was about to lie down on their bed, Ashu demanded, that his quota to lie in her lap hasnt got over yet, n again lay his head down in her lap... Then thanked nidhi for giving him the motherly love for once... He acknowledged, the fact that, she rightly says that women do not need to learn the motherly instinct, its inborn in them... He finally accepts the fact and says '' Becoz she too has the motherly instinct in her, being a women,'As long as he has her in his life, he too has a mother...' ''

and loved the fact that you bring out the coincidence of there life...the trio didn't have a mother who would let them stay in there lap for comfort in childhood...

Loved the way Nidhi's motherly instinct came out for Khushi...and they way you wrote dialogue, feels like i m watching the show dear...

the way nidhi consoled ashu n ashu playing with her hand, caressing it with the thumb...seems so romantic...

n loved how ashu said in the end that he found that comfort in nidhi's lap...

Awww Ana baaji... Such a long review...🤗... Thanx a lllooottt! Yes! I had used the coincedence of their life... Absense of a mother... Actually, the caressing part, I wanted to show a small contrast of motherly love... A mother to a kid, n a mother to a hubby... See, I am an unexperienced player, was just experimenting wid emotions... Meri samajh mein jo aaya, jo shaayad main nidhi ki jagah par karti, it was just the portrayal of it... Ho sakta hai, asal mein aisa na hota ho... Have taken creative liberty there... Thanx a ton for ur compliments... Thanx 4 everything...

u r most welcome... Actually hadnt planned for the part 2... But Dr. Malvika hinted me, for this, I thot of u instantly... So, I did come up with ur hearty favourite... Nidhi giving the motherly love to Ashu, only I was worried upon, was, did it look repetative? I mean, Suja di (turags) had aready written on it, u too gave an OS as to the 2 dreams u saw 4 ktlk... So, it felt repetative?

The second part was even better then the first Aazeen.

Mummy ki godd, aur papa k haath... Bachpan se lekar aaj tak, hum apne papa ke haath par sir rakh ke leit jaate hain... Somewhat the same way, jaise nidhi, ashu ke baah par sir rakh ke leit jaati hai... Almost har raat, papa apni dono baahein phaila kar let jaate, aur hum dono behne, unke ek-ek baah par sir rakh ke leit jaati... Haan ye baat aur hai k, hum dono jhagadne lagti k papa ke peit par baat kaun rakhega... Toh bechaare papa aadhey-aadhey ho jaate hum dono k chakkar mein... Aadhe mere, aadhey meri badi behen ke... Aaj bhi, sach bataoon toh maa ki godd se zyada sukoon, aur papa ke baahon jaisa protection, duniya ka koi bhi bistar nahi de sakta...
