In the precap, the security says that Dr Ashutosh mentioned that he had been called for an emergency surgery. Of course, the articles indicate that Dr Ashutosh is at the hospital. This makes no sense since the security should have seen him return for sure.
Going by the precap, there is every possibility that Dr Ashutosh could have been lured out of the hospital by Bajrangi using the excuse of an emergency surgery. He could have then been kidnapped by him and his goons. Bajrangi was shown scheming after all. I doubt if a lame end would serve the purpose of upping the TRPs, which apparently is the reason for this whole exercise. Let us forget all logic here. But having taken this route, they might as well go the whole hog rather than abort it yet again. A couple of days of absence and all ego would be ready to bite the dust. And the reunion would be far sweeter too!
Besides Amar was shown writing a letter. If the letter reaches Nidhi's hands, she is bound to connect the dots. We can then hope for some drama when she tears into Amar for causing harm to her husband. Thereafter, he could probably help her in sorting out the mess. That would give a sensible finish to his character too, although it is not a rational character to start with. Although predictable, the track will at least have drama and end on a high note this way!
