Most of us are working. If we have friends at our workplace dont we discuss some personal issues too - or should we always have only official talk in office...Same way Ashu regards Ranga as his frend or at least some one whom he can share his thoughts so he was discussing with him. No big deal...

Ranganath is not just a colleague...he is also Ashu's saali's husband...I think Ashutosh was only talking to him in that capacity...call it male bonding...all of us spare time for personal asides even at our work place...it was Ashu's way of showing Ranga that Nidhi cared for him and was needling him in the hope of a response...Ranga had earlier witnessed them fight,,,this was Ashu's opportunity to show Ranga how much they cared for each other...
