Another very possible reason, Ashu ko balo se barish chahiye tha, aur Nidhi ne ankho se kar dia. So, unprofessional of her. Positively Ashu was so angry.😛

On a serious note, Ashutosh got angry because Nidhi thought the worst of him. Despite his attempts to clarify the matter, she simply chose to believe the worst. That he was lying, misleading, cheating, etc, etc. How could Nidhi of all people not understand him? She was the one to run to his defense without even knowing the truth out of sheer trust. Where there is love, trust and respect there should be blind faith in one another as per Ashutosh.

Also, when he had the argument with DB over tending to Mallika, he got angry as she questioned his character. Nidhi eventually wound up doing just that as well.

Deepa: ashu got angry bcoz nidhi's words got him into deep trouble on wat he is trying to do unintentionally bt smehw is hurting nidhi.. Bt he isn't ready to accept it..
