Hi friends..I know I have been MIA for a while now and have not been making any new posts..but whenever timer permits me I visit the forum and read all ur wonderful posts and comment also...But today being Saturday and moi having some time on my hands I thought I would write my two-cents-worth on the current track...Actually I have thinking of writing on it since Nidhi left Ashu's house but was hesitating because there were already so many posts on it on the forum...but today I have put all my reservations aside and so here goes...
Let me start from where it all began...Mallu's return in Ashni's life...and this time with additional baggage...A soon-to-be-coming baby...And along with her return Ashu's changed feelings towards Mallu doing a complete U-Turn...How else could we expect the 43 year old loyal friend to behave other than the way he bahaved?????
Let me now analyse Ashu's behaviour as best as I can...
Initially he was angry at Mallika and even wanted to have nothing to do with her...Then comes our Good Samaritan Nidhi..telling him how he must find her and save her from Jagan...and all that crap that she always dishes out...In script language Nidhi 'apne pair pe kulhadi nahin maarti hai, lekin pair hi kulhadi pe rakh deti hai'...So our Dactar being the obedient hubby he is goes in search of her...but finds her co-incidentally...not only does he find her co-incidentally, but also comes to know she is preggy...Bas phir kya tha...lo and behold he forgets everything Mallu had done so far...Her lies, her deceits, her tricks and even her attempt to kill Nidhi...After all DB has successfully sown the desire for a kid in his mind...so he has a soft spot for all would-be -mums...and after all Mallu is not only a would-be-mum but his friend of 12 (sorry now it should be 13) saal...so...all his attention, care etc goes to mallu...and he forgets everything other than Mallu's condition and her need for care...
Now I come to Mallu...what to say about her???? Her appearance has never boded well for Ashni and never will...She 'appears' to be remorseful and a changed person because of her remorse...But how far has she changed is left to be seen...It depends of course on the writer...How Kpji wants to portray her character is anyone's guess...We will have to leave it to hi m only to think it out...And being loyal KTLK fans we will lap it all up...We may shout, scream, bang our heads, curse him and ourselves (for watching it)...but watch it we will...I don't think at this juncture Mallu's character (changed or otherwise) is not capable of being analysed in depth...Lets just say she is the bone of contention between Ashni at the moment...
Now lets get to Nidhi...we saw Nidhi raving and ranting, hurling accusations at Ashu left, right and centre, and finally walking out of his house with bag and baggage, and assuring all and sundry that she will not return to Ashu's house...But what triggered this off in the first place should be seen...
Was it only her discovery that Ashu was looking after Mallu and not telling her about it? Or is it something else
From the past month's episodes I could find some other reasons behind this...
First of all came Nidhi's sudden decision to pursue her career and Ashu's agreeing to it, albeit reluctantly. How he put her in Admin and his reasons are all past history now'Well so Dr Nidhi has proved she is a good doctor and has been told that also'.and this knowledge seems to have made her more dedicated and more determined to prove that she is not only a good but a gr8 doctor...For this she made Ashu agree to put parenthood on hold for 2 years...Now with Mallu preggy and Ashu showing concern towards her/mallu Nidhi's is forced to think whether it is because of this decision that Ashu is caring more for Mallu and even hiding it from her...Well she did say so to him...showing that somewhere deep down she knows that she was not all that right in putting her career before his desires/wishes...Good thinking this by KP-ji to stress on the age-gap issue...
When they had exchange of harsh words she pounced on his words of "why are u staying if u are unhappy with me" and asked if she should leave...Even once before this had happened and he had not stopped her...Whether he is wrong or not is a matter of opinion...But Nidhi took it in a bad way and she up and left his house...
Who is right and who is wrong in all this is a matter of opinion...We have seen from the beginning that this is the way he is...Very loving but a man having his own principles and also an ego...There are many such men in this world...and differences happen among any couple...But should the wife leave the house and go away with every fight she has with her hubby??? As for Nidhi, of the two she had always shown more understanding and maturity from the start of this relationship...now suddenly she is acting immature and not only putting all the blame on him but is also wanting him to beg her to return...
Ashu on the other hand loves her and misses her but does not want to bend down and beg/ask her to return...In his opinion she has blown the fight out of proportion and has misread his words...True in anger we often say things we don't mean but when this happens it can have damaging consequences on a relationship...One of the partners has to be the more mature and understanding one to see that the situation does not adversely affect their relationship...I don't say it is always the wife who has to do this but I have generally seen that it is the wife who is expected to do this...however unfair it may sound but that's the way of our society...
In Ashni's case both have been in the wrong...Ashu for keeping on going to Mallu when he knows her track record...and Nidhi for giving into her anger and hurt and walking out of the house without second thought...Whose mistake is the greater one cannot be said but they need to sit and talk it out and solve their problems before its too late...But we need to remember that this is a daily soap and if KP wants to prolongue the show he will stretch the MU still more...Also with Ashni crying and missing each other TRPs are bound to increase...
Sorry guys for the extra-long and boring post...But once I stsrt I tend to go on and on...Just like a daily soap...😆...
