Kamlesh Pandey Yes, Diskha, let me answer it myself. It is true, I was a child like Khushi--asking questions no one could answer(still they can't), inconvenient, non-conformist, unconventional, rebel, uncompromising, an alien, a complete misfit wherever I went--at home, in my schools, my college, in the society, in the neighbourhood, even in the film industry. Even my views on childhood to many of my fans who are getting irritated with Khushi are the result of the same personality who still refuses to fit in unless someone answers my questions. I m a question confronting the entire past of mankind, questioning everything--the status quo, the systems, the hypocrisy, the conditioning, the belief systems and the lies we tell each other to survive and then feed our children with--the works. And perhaps I will die a question. Every child is borhn a question confronting the world he/she is born in. But instead of trying to answer it, we try to tailor him/her, cut them down to our size to fit them in somehow.

@bold: I agree.

Whenever I read KPji, I become like a child 😛 with so many questions.

latest from Kamlesh pandey...Yes, I wanted to irritate and upset the audience with my Khushi and expose their hypocrisy about children. Why do we always want a cute, endearing, cuddly child? Every child is a rebel, an individual, not our toy to play with. It has its own uniqueness. Every child is a non-conformist but is reduced to a tame image of our stupid selves by the time it is 7. We manage to kill our children by the time they are 7 with our labels of caste, religion, culture, country, colour, community, education, values, beliefs, blindness, stupidities. And that is why Khushi irritates us because she exposes our hypocrisy. As far as the story is concerned, Khushi will help Nidhi understand Ashutosh's past and his need for belonging to a real family. She will also test Nidhi's patience and her maturity to deserve to be a mother. Just being able to conceive does not make a woman deserving to be a mother. Motherhood a great responsibility. Even animals give birth, but only man is destined to be a parent.

3 steps to become a good mother before planning for a child.:

. Get married.

.. Go to the street and look for a child of 8-10 yrs old and speaks and never obeys anything and too smart to handle.

...Bring him/her home and make the child your gunie pig for testing your ability to become a good mother.

Kitna kuch sikhna parenge iss wall se.

Kamlesh Pandey Do w realize that in a strange way, we are becoming characters in a daily soap called KTLK fb page? The drama, the panic, the arguments, the joy, the gossip, the anticipations, the disappointments, the complaints, the characters who can do nothing but hate KTLK and wish to kill it like the perpetual nasty bahus...Boy...are we having fun!
