Is the career track responsible for drop in TRPs?

I came across an interesting post on KP's page...this person feels that the drop in TRPs is due to the non-happening baby track...she feels that a lot of women felt let down by the message that career and babies cannot co-exist...

I don't know if this can be completely disregarded since the drop in TRPs did happen after that...although this could have been a complete co-incidence...

But the most successful shows today are about families...I don't know if there is a single show out there that tracks a woman's career path...is there a reason for this...are people not interested in watching career women on soaps?

If anything is responsible it is only Mallu track and I was talking to some ladies from my neighbourhood all were telling that they found it very slow and Mallika is too boring and irritating. We can't expect everyone to be so loyal like us that stick to this serial anything happens.

I am not talking of last week's TRPs, Koyel...I too feel this Mallu track is going to backfire as a lot of loyal viewers have stopped watching...

But even the wek before that, it had fallen na...the week of the b'day seq in the hilltop...

But mujhe lagta hai aise hi chala toh phir Mallu is show ko le doobegi!

To be frank, lots of my friends stopped watching this show coz they feel it's pretty boring !

mallika has become an old twist...new twist cahiye..bring back rohan...aur expose mallika completely..bring in mansukhani and sandeep bagchi trp will sure rise

Yes ... look at the top 10 TRP shows.. barring BALH (Where the couple are separated) none of the female leads so much as ever dare to mention CAREER...!! In fact the forum here too was 90% in favour of Nidhi relenting and being adarsh bahu..! 😆

Its the biggest reason for the drop... followed by Mallu entry not working (tho i still hv faith in her to generate conflict and drama READ TEARS)

Knew this wuld happen n hence was wanting to see her in the hosp for whatever limited time possible..!
