We seem to see Ashu loitering around quite a bit. Ever since Nidhi has joined the hospital Ashu seems very free. Why?

1. He has finished signing all the files?

2. There are no brain-less people in Lucknow?

3. He has replaced the brains of all in Lucknow?

4. He knows Nidhi is earning, there's no worry about an income?

5. His brain stopped functioning when he saw Mallika?

6. Any more brain waves?

uske paas bangla hai[mallika ne diya] gaadi hai bb hai[nidhi wapis llayi] aur ab nidhi is earning,aur ranga bhi to aa gaya hai,ab toh woh chain se mallu maa ki aarati kar sakta hai...good post waves and liked your all reasons.

I think he is done with medical profession. Now taking up new profession of Bobyguard. So what his only customer is Mallu but it is going to stay with him for life long.
