Some men are guided by their conscience. Neither society nor its norms or conventions will matter to them. While it may appear that they have a choice, the truth is they have none. Choice is a mirage for such people. Their inner core and their convictions do not afford them such luxury. Such men are rare to find. They can be deemed idiots and lunatics but it matters nothing to them.

I think Ashutosh belongs to this category of men, I respect him for that. Whether I would be comfortable being married to a man like that is a different question altogether. But yes, I respect him for the person he is and I respect him for the choices he makes. He may be proved or he may be proved wrong, as he has been in the past, but at least he has the strength of conviction to act as per his conscience. In a world where conscience is sadly lacking, I respect such a man! I might disagree with his choices and question them as vehemently as anyone else but I still respect him!

Nice post.. Sujatha...👏

U reminded me of BBs words to Nidhi about how... 'People like Ashu are marred by their goodness .. n not only they but their loved ones often suffer coz of the choices/ sacrifices they make for others'

Very true Sujatha. He is a complex human being, maybe by circumstances, but he's genuine and real, not some one up on a pedestal who you can not relate to. He's not a typical hero who'll slay dragons for you, instead he'll probably bring the dragon home for you to live with.😉 That's why love him or hate him, you sure can't ignore him. (It's another matter altogether, that he's too attractive to be ignored.😳😆)

you are right sujata ji,i love ashutosh for his each and every emotion.but in my opinion he is now not that ashutosh who losted his everything, and not that too without responsbilities.time now changed and till then he didn't know about mallika's intention,it's ok.but after watching each and every move of her,you must became strong enough to think justifyly.you must control your emotions, that like mallika who know you till 12 years, can take advantages of your royalty and humanity.mahaanta achhi hai, lekin murkhata nahin.

No Sumi...he is no knight in shining armour...or if he is, then he is not fighting your cause...that is why I said I may not want to be married to him, but I still respect him for the man he is..!

Maine wohi toh kaha, Alka...duniya unko murkh, paagal ya mahaan..jo bhi samje...woh apne chune huve raste par hi chalenge...kyunki unke paas koi aur chaara nahin hain...

Par yeh bi hai...agar kal Ashu woh nahi karta jo unhone kiya, main tab hi hairan hoti...Mallika chahe lakh burayi kare par us waqt Ashutosh ke nazar mei woh bas ek abla nari thi jo kabhi unki dost reh chuki ti...aur jinko sahayata ki zaroorat ti..bas..Ashutosh ke paas koi aur chaara nahi ta...sivaye unke madad karne...yehi AShutosh ki khoobi bhi...aur unki kami bhi..insaaniyat ya pagalpan...aap usse jo bhi naam dena chahein!
