I don't know if they call it Lamaze...but yes, there are definitely antenatal classes where breathing exercises are taught...Suja, daudao apni mann ki ghode ko!

Waise, he wouldn't faint at the sight of blood...but tension ke kaaran toh faint ho sakta hai na...imagine a top neurosurgeon fainting at his wife's delivery...he would never be able to live it down 😆
