Okay, this discussion is about the actors and not the characters...but since we are discussing the characters, I think there is a genuine probem before the makers if this particular actor refuses to play mom...this show is about a married couple and their issues and how they resolve them...and starting a family is a significant issue. particularly for this couple given their age gap...the decision can be pushed for a bit but not forever...the show will turn one in a couple of months, I think...I remember reading somewhere that they expect it to go to three years...am just wondering what they will show for the remaining two years...if there were an Ekta show, we can expect a memory loss track, a divorce track, multiple partners, a death track followed by the character resurfacing with the same/ different face etc...but since this is not an Ekta show, am hoping we will not be subjected to such torture...if this is indeed the case, how long can they keep the baby away and still run the show?

Chill frnds, abhi se poori pistol ki goliyaan khatam mat karo..bacha ke rakho.. Bahut kaam ane wali hain goliyaan.. hopefully poora next track of ktlk is issue par based hain.. Career v/s motherhood issue.. Kp's ke updates se toh aise hi lagata hain..

What's wrong with being a mother ? Can't it go together along with a career ? A child makes the bond stronger between husband & wife. I got pregnant at the age of 23 & did my studies after that, made a very flourishing career . Child didn't hamper my dreams, infact I was relieved that one major part of my life has been taken care of & I could focus on my career in a much better way. So what's the problem ??

Tanu...both shows that you refer to are not comparable to KTLK...in both shows, the couple did not fall in love or consummate till well into their marriage...at least the female characters were not in love with their husbands...so, the shows could drag that track out for quite a while before they moved on to something else...in the case of KTLK, since the couple are already married and their marriage has been consummated, obviously the makers need other pegs for the tracks...am not saying the baby track is the only one...but even you will agree that it is an integral track given the concept of the show...so far as the timing is concerned, I believe it is best left to them...am sure they are not stupid enough to make her a stay at home wife in any case...after the assurance that KPji gave me in response to a query, I would not like to think so at least!

I dun think so...Be it Uttaran,Parichay,Pavira Rishtaa,PV everywhere female leads r being as mother...

I think nidhi should play the role of mother cause to bring back the happiness in life of aashoutosh and full fill his wishes. Career can also be carry forward after motherhood.👏
