I am just wondering why masala or a negative track cannot work alongside a sensible one. I mean, a negative track can be logical with being totally over the top, like the Mallika track was, right? There has to be a happy medium, where the CV can keep both the sides of the coin happy, us as well as the saas bahu crowd(ekta serial fans).

BALH is soaring high coz of the hysteria for Pihu n ppl are loving.. Sakshi with the kid n Ram with the kid.. Sameers entry..effect will b known only when the hysteria for Pihu will reduce! 😳

Mallika expose is what worked.. ! And in future.. such confrontationists.. tracks mite work... we hv to wait n watch how n when CVs time it..! Mallu negativity kept TRPs above 1 for an entire month.. .thats a record.. .. no one can deny that..!

And storyline never mattered for TRP else.. the show at No.1 wont even be there.. 😆

Okay...I did not know that...thanks Tanu...but like you said, the expose worked...basically, this means there is need for drama...if we take the example of BALH, except in the recent Niharika expose track, there has never been the kind of negativity that we saw during the Mallika track...and yet, they have managed to stay afloat...any negativity or MUs never extended beyond three or four epis on that show...so, there must be something else that is the issue...

I think the key is to maintain a certain element of suspense...to not allow the show to get predictable...keep something happening all the time...and I think nothing much really happened over the last week...the show is meandering...again, while individual epis are logical and good, they are not going anywhere ...at least it does not appear so!

That means trp audience isnt interested in nidhi's dactari.oh no. Tfs tanu.

BALH trps were at 4+ at one time n the show was always in top 10... but they started dragging.. it on n on n on... the Sizzling SR ... the Ayesha wadrobe malfuntion ... Nuts mc ..Niharika .. etc din give them the push..! It went down to 2.6 ...n Punar Vivah took over the top spot at 10.30 for over three- four weeks in a row!

Tanu ji, this week only 3 episodes for ktlk.. i want ktlk's trps to maintain this above 1 trps... Coming next week we will hv ranjie's wedding & SR... Then, nidhi seriously taking her kotnis job, ashu in his own world of seriousness @ patients, this creates sme miscommunications btween ashni then @ home sme sme nok-jok with romance.. Most probably a prallel track of nidhi's pregnancy..

I think the bottomline is drama...the fact is there was no drama last week...the epis were fine as stand alones maybe but they were not adding up to anything concrete...I think the CVs knew this was going to happen...that is why they have brought the wedding track on...normally this is a TRP gainer...

I believe they will get into their next track by mid next week latest...but Mallika is not the answer...because we have seen so much of her machinations that there is no surprise there...they have to do something else to generate conflict...let us wait and see what that is!

Its really shocking. such a wonderful week and how come TRP is down?

with this shaadi track and nidhi joining kgh trp will go up...
