That is not quite true..Mallika exited on Wednesday...the TRPs of that week were from Wednesday onto the Tuesday next...so it is not really true that Mallika brought TRPs...

Look at BALH TRPs...although I don't follow the show, I know there is no negative track on at the moment...there is however suspense being built up as to when and whether the leads will meet..

In my opinion, the individual epis were good but they are not leading up to anything...there is no strong storyline at the moment...hence the low TRPs...

This week's TRPs are the same as what we saw right through the Mallika track...bottomline is Mallika or no Mallika, I think the show garners this much at the very least...which means Mallika and negativity did not bring in the TRPs

Good observation. I feel they need to introduce some new faces who will open some new horizon to explore as "Log" & "Age-gap" insecurity factor to this serial. Mallu has become a rotten factor. Same track again & again will never give enjoyment to viewers. If you need to make a serial run sucessfully then freshness in diff forms need to introduce.They are playing with same characters and cutted down entertaining character like Arman. Not using BB properly and never explore nana-natin relationship in proper emotional term. It was needed to show BB-Nidhi conversasion abt Nidhi's mom's childhood, may be shown some old pics and staff used by her mom.
As Mallika is not there KGH positively needs her replacement. They can bring one or two charismatic docs may be Ranga's classmate/friend .
BB house pardafash can be started slowly with bringing back Sanjeevani-Mansukhani-Sandeep bagchi trio and for this Mallu entry is not at all needed.
They need to explore Ashni relation in diff situation like Med seminar , Med.camps at remote villages, meeting diff people and handling them . Not only in KGH and at home/relatives.
Only negative tracks is not needed but interesting track is needed and some new faces and old opened issues , new but exciting issues like baby track-internship completion , Ashni-ranji as couples (diffs) all this can be explore side by side and in between these Ashni romance and thier growth As Hubby-wifey , more & more understanding...

i wont give mallika track the entire credit for trps...just after the timeslot change the trp climbed above 1 and touchwood since then been above 1 consistently...it was something btwn 1.1-1.4 always...what did the trick for a jump in trp was the mallika pardafash track...so basically its not the all negative overdragged mallika track but the boom boom pardafash that worked...this shows that those people who contribute towards the trps of a show enjoy climax scenes type thing...well not every thing can have or can be shown to hav such a climax effect but 1 thing can b done... the promos can b shot in such a way that it becomes difficult for audiance to guess the track...that will keep them glued...thats my pov...
