TOI: Wahi to play a Doc again

Karan Wahi, who played Dr. Siddhanth in Dill Mill Gayye, is set to play a doctor once again.

Sources inform that the actor has been approached by Somtara Productions for their upcoming telefilm on Star Plus. Karan is set to play a doctor called Ritesh who is a pediatrician (child specialist) by profession.

Karan's character will be different from the one he played in Dill Mill Gayye. Karan as Dr Ritesh will be a fun loving doctor who believes that love is the cure to all illnesses and not medicine. Sources also inform that a new comer will star opposite the TV heartthrob. When contactedKaran Wahi said, "Nothing has been finalized yet so at this point, I cannot comment".

Karan has also shot the pilot for Wizcraft International Entertainment Pvt Ltd's next on SONY TV. However, when asked Karan replied, "I've just shot the pilot but it's too early to say anything at this point because it still needs to be approved, which will take about two months. Earlier in the past also I have shot for a pilot and then few months later, it has not been approved".

Whatever the case be, viewers are always happy to see the cute actor back in action!
