Nidhi should join KGH,
want to see her cooking for Ashu , hospital se lautne ka intezaar karna, and then serving him food,

also some hospital romance.
Nidhi going to her mayke, and both of them missing each other,
and some passionate moments between Ashni

9. Armaan getting back his love - remember he saying he could not tell her his his feelings - maybe she is now widowed or divorced.

What preference? actually agar ye sab mil jaaye to bas jannat hi mil gayi samjho - but of course, all this has be subtly and well depicted.
